James picked up two suitcases of my clothes last Friday, at 300 Commercial Street, along with a typed list of the items which are to be stored until the Fall. I did not get a confirmation, nor is there any mention that the items were picked up on my account at 110 Newbury St. I called today to find out how you confirm that James picked up those items but no one has called me back. Interesting that you don't list any negative reviews. 4 WEEKS later I am still waiting for a call back from the manager after you lost 2 blouses and charged me $35 for a zipper that's still broken. Not "Dependable" at all.
The entry door was broken Staff did not seem very concerned that I had a difficult time getting in, actually thought the business was closed Prices are high

The store attendants are always polite and respectful. One thing I wish they would not say, "please feel free to check over your order.". I pick up my husbands clothes. I would not notice any mistakes or errors.... I usually just ignore that statement - which makes me feel uncomfortable. Not a big deal, but it is uncomfortable.
Sunday 4/19 I picked up my order . Customer rep shoved clothes at me, when I hung them on rack to review I noted a toddler dress did not belong to me. I was missing 3 items and there was no receipt . Also my $10 VIP credit was not applied. I was charged 70.46 and a day later an additional 7.46 was charged to me. I finally got my clothes and spoke with colleague Tracy who assured the district manager would call me to correct charges and apply my credit. 2 more trips to the scituate store no call, I asked for a contact.... read more
I am confused. I have been a customer for a while now. Why are you saying I am a first time customer? My other business in the past did not count? The staff is good, your email was not.
You lost a blouse and have done nothing about it. Next time I sent clothes in, I got an empty hanger with the bag marked Joie top. You charged $34 to put a new zipper on a pair of pants, which is obscene. And then you broke the hook and eye on the pants. Not dependable at all.
I am disappointed with the service provided. When I dropped off my clothes I was told I would get a 22% promotional discount or coupon applied. When I came to pick up my clothes, the person who rang me up said that the original staff member did not note that discount on my account. She also said that this particular staff worker had done this to another customer. She said she could not apply the discount, which I find ridiculous, but that she would mention it to her supervisor.
