This shop has slipped. I have been getting back some of my garments with stains. I called the head office, but the district manager never called me back, as I was promised. Crushed buttons and lack of button replacement is a pain, but I can deal with it, but this too is further evidence that the shop has slipped. I brought in 2 pairs of pants to be dry cleaned, one had a stain that I asked them to take care of. When I picked them up the stain had not been removed (even though the person helping me showed me the note that had been left) and she apologized and sent it back. Fine, that stuff happens. I took home the other pants- and one of the bottom seams is completely pulled out! I just received this email asking me how my first visit was and I am surprised because I have been a customer (almost every week) for over 25 years. I recently had my father in law (who is elderly) drop off my blue bag with a coupon in the pocket and he forgot and it took him a couple of days to do it.
