If I could give 0 stars, I would. You lost and almost ruined a $300 dollar dress that I dropped off over a week before the occasion. Due to losing the item and many delays, I almost didn't have the garment in time. No discount could persuade me to trust another item to you. The discount could not possible equal the risk of you losing or ruining an item.
I'm very disappointed in your East Milton location. I dropped off shirts and a pair of dress slacks in my drop0ff bag on Friday evening. Foolishly, I did not wait for a receipt. When I returned today Sunday, they did not even have the slacks listed as being dropped off and didn't even attempt to find out what happened. When I asked for the managers #, I was told he didn't deal with lost clothes and the assistant manager, who wasn't there, would see if he might be able to find them. It was horrible. I asked how much it was going to cost to press a dress. They told me $7. When I showed up they said they made a mistake, it was $12 and since the manager was not there, they could not do anything.
I wasn't informed that my curtain toppers could not be cleaned when i dropped them off because they have tassels . I was called the next day.
The two employees up front were very helpful. What I needed done was a bit expensive and they advised me up front about it. I was quoted a price and an estimate of a week to return. They then told me about the email notification which is a terrific feature. My order was in three days before it was supposed to be and the cost was a bit less than quoted.

I had to return my suit for cleaning again. Was cleaned very badly and the stains were visible. I was able to scrape my credit card and remove the stains myself. I expected much better quality for the price and the location.
Actually my sister dropped off 2 of my dresses yesterday & asked to pay using her credit card. They had problems scanning her credit card & was surprised @cost?? Forty five dollars for 2 Dresses is a bit much. One dress was $17-$18 dollars & the other was sleeveless dress with matching jacket. She was charged for dress plus about $10 for nylon jacket. I will discuss this with Manager when I pick up the dresses??
