You gave me someone else's Hawaiian shirt in with my dry cleaning. So I had to make a 2nd trip to your store to return it. I don't know if I would be so fast to trust you guys again.
I wrote James to say I would leave stuff for him last week but he never came by. I took it to Newbury St. myself and don't know how to get James to bring it back to me.
Dry cleaning was done well and on time. However, only reason it was not five stars, was because I had also left a piece to be mended and that piece was returned to me not fixed.
We depend on Dependable to fix all our little cleaning needs and disasters. This last time you managed to clean up maybe 80% of the horrible dark red belt leather glue that hubby got all over the waist area of his beige wool pants. Sigh. It's better than it was, but very sad. We appreciate the effort and the results in so far as anything (!) was possible.
they've lost shirts but found them weeks later.. I've received other people's stuff.. super friendly at check in though and always keep me in the loop
It was a good experience. I don't understand how the VIP program works, I feel like I have never received any rewards.
A waste of money. My clothes were returned and did not seemed dry cleaned. The stains and marks that I pointed out to the teller are still noticeable. I feel like I paid hard earned money and expected quality dry cleaning when I could of got the same results from a simple wash. I assumed all Dependable cleaners we're alike but I was wrong. The only one that does good work is on Newbury street
I was actually really taken back and surprised by my last visit to dependable cleaners... I bring a lot of items there and some of my boyfriends as well.... last week i dropped off 2 dresses and picked them up and the total was 32.00...which I feel is way over priced and strange considering in the past i have brought dresses, work shirts and ties to be cleaned and the total was around 65.... over 30 dollars for two plain cotton dresses that weren't stained is outrageous.
