I arrived to pick up my items for which I had received email confirmation indicating that they were ready. When I arrived, the person behind the desk found two of my items, but struggled to find the other two. She finally found the third item after 10 minutes of looking, but asked me to return later for the fourth and final item as she could not locate it. I dropped off 3 dresses and 1 skirt about 2 weeks ago -- I received 1 dress and 1 skirt back -- the first time I went in the woman at the counter told me they lost one of my dresses at the factory but that they'd call me when they found it, I was never contacted by anything. I went in yesterday and the woman at the counter said she couldn't find either of my dresses but that I should call. Had to leave a shirt behind to get rewashed, found dirt marks I could scratch off with my nails on my work shirt. 3rd shirt was clean other than that people where friendly and nice

I had a great drop off experience and consult about a stained jacket I wanted to drop off. I was told to return 3 days later to pick up the jacket (along with my other pieces). I returned a week later and was told the jacket was still not ready. The associate at the desk told me she would call the next day to let me know when I can pick up my jacket. I am still waiting for a call.

I have not picked my clothes up yet. I was a bit surprised at the total amount I spent and no one would drop them off at my home. I spent over 350.00.

I have been a long time client, I have one issue that has been constant . . . It's a small issue but impacts us. Usually my husband has his shirts laundered with extra starch and on hangers. He travels frequently so when he does I ask that his shirts be folded with extra starch. I have dropped them off with notes on the exterior of the bag, leave notes inside the bag, wrap the shirts in rubber bands with notes. The office is convenient for us. I appreciate the notice attached to the item indicating when an item cannot be completely cleaned. Over the years we have had few difficulties.

Funny You should ask. My last two weeks of service have left me looking for a new dry cleaner. Your team literally made me come back 3 times for pants that were ordered without a crease but came back creased even after being sent back to be redone. It does not say a lot. To add to it there is no apology, no manager involvement just 'oops' you should come back. Review my account. I spend a lot of money as a loyal customer. The people working the front desk are lovely and helpful. I wish I could give separate stars for them, because they'd get 5. But the price per pound is WAY to high. Granted, I just moved from NYC where it's 80 cents per lb (but you also get it same-day). I feel you're taking advantage of the fact that you're not surrounded by other launderers. It's a shame. Also, I wanted a bed skirt pressed and was given a time frame of 2 weeks. Again, that's insane.
