they've lost shirts but found them weeks later.. I've received other people's stuff.. super friendly at check in though and always keep me in the loop
It was a good experience. I don't understand how the VIP program works, I feel like I have never received any rewards.
A waste of money. My clothes were returned and did not seemed dry cleaned. The stains and marks that I pointed out to the teller are still noticeable. I feel like I paid hard earned money and expected quality dry cleaning when I could of got the same results from a simple wash. I assumed all Dependable cleaners we're alike but I was wrong. The only one that does good work is on Newbury street
I was actually really taken back and surprised by my last visit to dependable cleaners... I bring a lot of items there and some of my boyfriends as well.... last week i dropped off 2 dresses and picked them up and the total was 32.00...which I feel is way over priced and strange considering in the past i have brought dresses, work shirts and ties to be cleaned and the total was around 65.... over 30 dollars for two plain cotton dresses that weren't stained is outrageous. Ruined my down winter coat beyond repair. Coat cannot be replaced. I will never return.
I took curtains in on a Tuesday to be dry cleaned. I was told I would be called with a cost estimate prior to the cleaning. Wednesday afternoon I stopped by and was again told I would get a cost estimate and that nothing would be done without my okay. I was told the cleaning would take a week, AFTER I gave my approval. You should consider changing your name to Undependeable. I left some shirts to be laundered early in the morning before my upcoming trip. When I dropped them off, the clerk said they would be ready the next day at 5:30. I said "no, I need them by the end of the day, bacuse I am going on a trip". She said, "ok, no problem". I stopped by at 6:45 PM to pick them up and half the shirts were not ready. She looked in the computer and said eth shirts were finished but they were not delivered. They are usually quite good, but my last order came back and all of the cloths smelled dirty and one even had a stain on it. It looks like they just pressed them with an iron after I dropped them off and handed them back to me.
Have been a customer for years. Never a problem.
