It was very disappointing! To say the least. I dropped my clothes off to be washed and folded. My clothes came back looking like they never touched a washer. They smelled like an old drunk man that was eating and had to much cologne on. It was awful. Not to mention very expensive.
Fast and efficient service this time. I did feel that one of my sweaters was not cleaned too well. There seemed to be a small stain that was left. I didn't notice this until I got home. I do appreciate the careful packaging and treatment of my clothing.
For the second time I asked to have my shirts folded for travel and it was not done. This is obviously a reoccuring problem, because when I dropped it off, the CSR said "they ought to see this" and put 2 notes on the order. I had the same problem in East Milton once and a CSR there told me "its not just you, it happens alot." At least in East Milton they offered to fold the shirts for me. It is obvous to me that I cannot go to Dependable when I am planning to travel.
