Unfortunately a tie I had dropped off with a notated stain came back with stain and no explanation note ..also collars on shirts not being pressed properly...on the plus side counter assistance always friendly and helpful

Hi, I have been coming to Dependable for 25 years! Why are you saying it's my "first visit?" I guess you need someone managing your customers lists a little better. Make me feel like not a very important customer--I already get your emails.
I use the branch at 110 Newbury St. Ever since Fabiana left, it has not been the same. And the rap music being played in offensive.
Process has gotten better. I have had problems with white shirts coming out yellow in the collars, cuffs + in the front. This has not happened as much recently.
first I realized that clerk had given me someone else's slip for my dry cleaning.One of the garments was still dirty. Secondly out of 6 shirts laundered three were sent back because of stains. I did not appreciate it that no further attempts were made to rerun these garments )without me being the quality control. I expected much more from dependable(not). It was very disappointing! To say the least. I dropped my clothes off to be washed and folded. My clothes came back looking like they never touched a washer. They smelled like an old drunk man that was eating and had to much cologne on. It was awful. Not to mention very expensive.
Fast and efficient service this time. I did feel that one of my sweaters was not cleaned too well. There seemed to be a small stain that was left. I didn't notice this until I got home. I do appreciate the careful packaging and treatment of my clothing.
For the second time I asked to have my shirts folded for travel and it was not done. This is obviously a reoccuring problem, because when I dropped it off, the CSR said "they ought to see this" and put 2 notes on the order. I had the same problem in East Milton once and a CSR there told me "its not just you, it happens alot." At least in East Milton they offered to fold the shirts for me. It is obvous to me that I cannot go to Dependable when I am planning to travel.
