The dry cleaning tag that is attached to the inside label has caused my clothing labels to be detached. I also specifically asked for no plastic and to include my clothes in a fabric garment bag but this did not happen.
My first time going and I asked the girl at the register not to put my T-shirts on a hanger. I go to pick my clothing up and what is my shirts on? You guessed it, a fucking hanger. pissed....
I appreciated the quality, but I included a $10 off coupon that was not granted, and I would appreciate it being applied to my account for future use
I had to have my coat redone not cleaned or pressed. My pants came back with stains.
Aside from the great dry cleaning, the store was closed when i arrived. The clerk opened the door and retrieved my dry cleaned items. What fabulous customer service!
This wasn't my first visit! We have very little need for dry cleaning, so I haven't been there for a while. Always professional and courteous.
They did not clean my shirt then I had to wait 2 days for them to try it again then they still didn't get it done right. Just took my shirt and left the manager never called me back either. Worse service ever
I have tried a few times to pick up on a Saturday and have not been able to find parking.
Dependable? More like UNDEPENDABLE!! My wardrobe is impeccable and I own some of the nicest suits around. Not only did they lose the pants to my 5,000$ Ralph Lauren Purple Label made to measure suit .They've also misplaced items before and I've had to come back to find them, thank god they've found them but my pants are still missing!
