Regrettably I have been very disappointed in the service provided by 110 Newbury street office. Frequently items are lost ,displaced and not until you persist does the item magically appear. Their SOP is poor. Recently I dropped off items prior to 8 am ( required time to have items return by the end of the day)- and when I went to retrieve the items that evening I was informed that they would only be ready the next day because I dropped them off after 8 . Not too happy with how my comforter came back. It was very wrinkled and the filling was lumpy. It is not the best quality comforter but I thought it would look much better after the first and only cleaning
Got my one piece order in before 9am. Paid extra for a rush. Wasn't in the store til 5pm the following day.
I have lived in Braintree for 10 years used you as my exclusive dry cleaning. Recently, my orderson have not been as well done as in years past. My last order of 6 shirts where I was charged about 7 dollars per shirt looked as if they were still wrinkled and just worn. I sent one back because it looked like my worn shirt was just hung. Only to return with my other shirts home..because I needed them for work and found the collars turn up funny on one and the shirt till had wrinkled from where I tucked them into my slacks. Hi, I've been waiting for weeks for a refund for being charged a broken zipper that manager Lauren at the Hanover store to my overcoat broke. I've talked to Lauren several times about this unresolved issue of the refund not showing up in my bank account but she has not called me back in resolving this issue. Moving forward I will now begin to use Antons in marshfeield. Best John Abbott
Met two new service ladies for the first time at the counter on the 5th Jan.2016. Was disappointed with their service. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. There was no greeting or thank you. I had to repeat my questions twice before getting an answer. More training in customer service is suggested.
In general, I am pleased with the promptness and quality of the cleaning. However, I must say that since the old manager, Fabiana, was replaced by the new one I find the experience less enjoyable and am contemplating a switch. On my most recent visit I commented that I never received my booklet with monthly discount coupons. The manager's response was "Well you should have." But I didn't and would have preferred the response "Let me give you one" which is how problems used to be handled.
Last order there was a pair of pants missing, asked to be called when found, never got a call. Stopped in a few days later, waited while they looked, no pants. Next day called Manager, she found them, that was 3 visits for same item, very frustrating.
