I have concerns about items getting lost. I like Dependable but worry when I come in and am not given all my clothes back by the staff person. I have had to send the staff back to pull missed items on more than one occasion.
A couple of comments: 1. I always ask for sweaters folded over hangers and 90% of the time, I do not get my sweaters folded over hangers. And the instructions are often even stapled onto the clothing! It's very frustrating. 2. When hanging any blazers, shirts, I recommend bending the sides of the hangers so that they accommodate my small shoulders. Otherwise, the fabric gets pulled by the wire right below the shoulders.
I am still waiting for my door hanger to hang the dry cleaning. I have called twice to ask for it and there have been two deliveries and still no door hanger. Could someone please bring a door hanger to me?
My leather jacket came out looking great, as it should for $50 bucks. However, you advertise holiday's 20% off cleaning clothes, coats, etc.. But when I called and asked if I can bring my small leather jacket, I was told that it doesn't qualify because it's leather. The e-mail offer didn't say anything about exclusion of leather items. Not happy about that!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. You lost and almost ruined a $300 dollar dress that I dropped off over a week before the occasion. Due to losing the item and many delays, I almost didn't have the garment in time. No discount could persuade me to trust another item to you. The discount could not possible equal the risk of you losing or ruining an item.
I'm very disappointed in your East Milton location. I dropped off shirts and a pair of dress slacks in my drop0ff bag on Friday evening. Foolishly, I did not wait for a receipt. When I returned today Sunday, they did not even have the slacks listed as being dropped off and didn't even attempt to find out what happened. When I asked for the managers #, I was told he didn't deal with lost clothes and the assistant manager, who wasn't there, would see if he might be able to find them. It was horrible. I asked how much it was going to cost to press a dress. They told me $7. When I showed up they said they made a mistake, it was $12 and since the manager was not there, they could not do anything.
I wasn't informed that my curtain toppers could not be cleaned when i dropped them off because they have tassels . I was called the next day.
