The first visit was a suit and the same day turn around was great. Second visit was 6 shirts, a few with dirty collars from not being cleaned in some time. These shirts were still unclean when I got them back. I've gotten this clean myself with some oxyclean so it seems like the effort was not really there. Dissatisfied with the second trip.
Counter help was wonderful but hate the fact you don't give detailed receipts on cleaning. Had to ask and found my shirt was rung up as a dress. For a company with such advanced computer systems it makes me wonder what are you trying to hide. BTW I've worked in my family's dry cleaners in Connecticut after college so I understand ops.
My clothes were washed, dried and folded inpeccably.Great job
Hi I am extremely dissapointed in the 20% coupon I received. It says that it is good for "Please enjoy this coupon for 20% off all tablecloths, jackets, coats, dresses, pants, and skirts, good through December 12th." However I did not receive 20% off some of my sweaters, dress, and jackets because the "we're not the right kind to qualify". There is no fine print that says anything about that. I think this is extremely poor customer service and I am very frustrated by it.
Over the past 6 months, I asked twice for the return a fur coat in storage and was told that there was none. A month ago, which I picked up other items, the fur coat appeared. I was distressed that it disappeared, and I questioned whether I might have lost it. I am very glad to have it back, and I would appreciate your thanking the employee who found it.
I came in with two coasts and the person who attended me said that I could use my coupon for both coasts. But after he processed my order, I realized that the coupon had only been applied to one coat. He told me that it hadn't gone through, and that there was nothing he could do to fix it. Because the order had already been processed, I left my coat there. But by not being able to use the coupon on both coats, I am paying close to 10 dollars more... The coupon said I would get 20% off of any order.
when I dropped off the suit (jacket and pants), I indicated that there was a small pull in the seam of the right front pocket that needed repair. I was surprised that I was told that I would be charged for the repair because it was a very small pull and I had never been charged for that type of repair at any other cleaner that I had been to. I was told my dry cleaning would be ready the next day at 5:30PM when I arrived to pick it up I was told that there was a delay, it would take another day and that someone should had called me to notify me of the delay. When I did pick up my dry cleaning there was still a stain on one of the dresses and it had to be sent back for a do over.
I recently had a couple of jeans hemmed. Although, I didn't ask for a quote up front, I was surprised to be charged ~$25 for each pair!
