This wasn't my first visit! We have very little need for dry cleaning, so I haven't been there for a while. Always professional and courteous.
They did not clean my shirt then I had to wait 2 days for them to try it again then they still didn't get it done right. Just took my shirt and left the manager never called me back either. Worse service ever
I have tried a few times to pick up on a Saturday and have not been able to find parking.
Dependable? More like UNDEPENDABLE!! My wardrobe is impeccable and I own some of the nicest suits around. Not only did they lose the pants to my 5,000$ Ralph Lauren Purple Label made to measure suit .They've also misplaced items before and I've had to come back to find them, thank god they've found them but my pants are still missing! BEWARE! Dependable Cleaners is not so DEPENDABLE!! I've had several issues with them in the past. Mistakes happen I understand that's why I continued my service with them. As a customer, I had to recently evaluate the situation and decide what was best for my clothes. In the past, they burned a silk dress, sewed buttons on a jacket that was misaligned, lost buttons to another jacket, misplaced clothing (given to another customer), and now blamed me for a stain on a dress. The service and attention from store staff is always excellent. It is disappointing that plastic collar stays. Have been on " back order" so very long. It feels dececietful , it simply cannot take that long . If Depenbendable is not going to provide these than you need to say so so customers like me. Do not depend upon you for a service you do not provide or you need to source them. You did this once before and I simply switched laundries until you went back to this.
I had 5 items tailored. The turn-around time was great (24 hours) but the fit is really awkward/not exact and it was across very similar pieces so for each to be different is confusing. It was also around $50/piece so not the cheapest.
You shrank my $500 Saint Laurent Paris jeans when dry cleaning them. I also took them into get a hole ALONG the seam fixed. I come back to find them with the thread still hanging out loosely, ready for the hole to open up again. Lastly, I received an email saying my pants were ready when they actually were not and had to call repeatedly in order to get a straight forward answer. Not happy
