Hi, I've been waiting for weeks for a refund for being charged a broken zipper that manager Lauren at the Hanover store to my overcoat broke. I've talked to Lauren several times about this unresolved issue of the refund not showing up in my bank account but she has not called me back in resolving this issue. Moving forward I will now begin to use Antons in marshfeield. Best John Abbott
Met two new service ladies for the first time at the counter on the 5th Jan.2016. Was disappointed with their service. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. There was no greeting or thank you. I had to repeat my questions twice before getting an answer. More training in customer service is suggested.
In general, I am pleased with the promptness and quality of the cleaning. However, I must say that since the old manager, Fabiana, was replaced by the new one I find the experience less enjoyable and am contemplating a switch. On my most recent visit I commented that I never received my booklet with monthly discount coupons. The manager's response was "Well you should have." But I didn't and would have preferred the response "Let me give you one" which is how problems used to be handled.
Last order there was a pair of pants missing, asked to be called when found, never got a call. Stopped in a few days later, waited while they looked, no pants. Next day called Manager, she found them, that was 3 visits for same item, very frustrating.
I am especially impressed with the manager of the Hanover Dependable Cleaners. Recently I dropped off an item, and she called to ask a specific question about the item prior to cleaning. Also, recently she noticed that a belt was missing from an article of clothing and wanted to confirm that I had not included it with the order. These proactive efforts are a great example of customer service. This is why I continue to be a loyal customer.
My shirts came back to me I'd say below average to other cleaners and also thought it was a bit overpriced. Although, the staff & location were great.
Im wrinting for the one in Dorcheter Ave.......... This is the worst laundry to come.....if you're family or a friend of the staff you get to wash, dry for free or even get washer and dryers faster than any one in the building......and if you know that is going to be busy get more people to work and from different ethnics
Left shirts for laundering and a sweater for dry cleaning. Returned following day as promised. Only complaint: no price on claim check nor any price quote prior to pickup.
The staff at DC is helpful, friendly and provide great service. I only gave 2 stars b/c I feel I did not get what I expected from my cleaning. I had my uggs cleaned and when I got them back they looked exactly the same. I spent almost $50 and got nothing different There are still stains on the boots. I talked it over with the staff but I know they do not clean them there so it was not their fault. I am unhappy that I paid so much money for nothing.
