The day I was told to pick up my item from dry cleaning and tailoring I received a call that it hadn't been started yet and no one tried to call me to work on the issues. Additionally when I first came to visit, the staff was unfriendly and didn't seem to want me there. they spoke amongst themselves and didn't address me directly.
Prices are very high.
I am always pleased with my dry cleaning! But...twice I have asked that my sweaters be folded and when I pick them up, they are on hangers...aggravating. The other thing that has always bothered me is that my bill is never itemized- just a total- I would appreciate seeing what each item cost. I do not trust that I have gotten the right discounts... I am just a suspicious person!
I don't know why I keep coming back. I guess I am tempted by the specials and emails you send. after not going back for around six months, I sent two jackets to egt cleaned. you broke the zipper on my $1200 Beretta Hunting jacket. It has now been two weeks and I am still waiting to hear how you are going to repair it. It is now clear to me that you are not able to give fine clothing the care they require. I am going to back to Holly Cleaners. Not as convenient, but so much better.
The dry cleaning tag that is attached to the inside label has caused my clothing labels to be detached. I also specifically asked for no plastic and to include my clothes in a fabric garment bag but this did not happen.
My first time going and I asked the girl at the register not to put my T-shirts on a hanger. I go to pick my clothing up and what is my shirts on? You guessed it, a fucking hanger. pissed....
I appreciated the quality, but I included a $10 off coupon that was not granted, and I would appreciate it being applied to my account for future use
I had to have my coat redone not cleaned or pressed. My pants came back with stains.
Aside from the great dry cleaning, the store was closed when i arrived. The clerk opened the door and retrieved my dry cleaned items. What fabulous customer service!
