OMG my gloves got mixed in my laundry and were sent out to be cleaned. They didn't charge me now that's what I call GREAT customer service.

I recently dropped off some shirts and asked that a patterned shirt be spot-treated for a taco sauce stain on the right cuff. I picked up the shirts the next day. When I inspected the shirts upon arriving home, I was pleased that the stain was gone. I was thrilled. But I noticed that a blue card was affixed to a white dress shirt that was in the same batch of shirts that I had just picked up. Staff always nice...but a surprise in my folded shirts...I'm on the road and took out a shirt two wear....grease or some black streaking on the arm of a white shirt...not there when given to Dependable....went to another shirt...same thing...perhaps aproblem with a machine? I'll drop it off Sat. a.m....not worn at all.
No one stopped by on Tuesday to pickup. Again!
Normally I'd rate you much higher, even a 5, but I've had two recent problems: 1. Twice I attached a note to a shirt with a safety pin (so it couldn't have fallen off on its own, someone took it off) that asked for button replacements. Both times the note was ignored: no new buttons, no message. 2. I sent a linen jacket in for dry cleaning. The pressing of the jacket was very sloppy, and in fact was pressed such that the bottom hem of the jacket was rolled over. Now there's a crease there which my wife will try to tak... read more
Disappointed in the service at the Hancock st location. Dropped my order off and asked if it would be ready for next day service I was assured by the young girl it would be ready after 5 pm. I returned the next day and was told your order is " on the floor in the back" and won't be ready until the next day. I sent an email to management and never heard back but I received an email to vote for them as my favorite local business. I will be going back to my local family-owned dry cleaners.

Regrettably I have been very disappointed in the service provided by 110 Newbury street office. Frequently items are lost ,displaced and not until you persist does the item magically appear. Their SOP is poor. Recently I dropped off items prior to 8 am ( required time to have items return by the end of the day)- and when I went to retrieve the items that evening I was informed that they would only be ready the next day because I dropped them off after 8 .
