The service and attention from store staff is always excellent. It is disappointing that plastic collar stays. Have been on " back order" so very long. It feels dececietful , it simply cannot take that long . If Depenbendable is not going to provide these than you need to say so so customers like me. Do not depend upon you for a service you do not provide or you need to source them. You did this once before and I simply switched laundries until you went back to this.
I had 5 items tailored. The turn-around time was great (24 hours) but the fit is really awkward/not exact and it was across very similar pieces so for each to be different is confusing. It was also around $50/piece so not the cheapest.
You shrank my $500 Saint Laurent Paris jeans when dry cleaning them. I also took them into get a hole ALONG the seam fixed. I come back to find them with the thread still hanging out loosely, ready for the hole to open up again. Lastly, I received an email saying my pants were ready when they actually were not and had to call repeatedly in order to get a straight forward answer. Not happy

This was I believe my third time using dependable cleaners and haven't had a issue before. This time now only were some items still a bit wet, several items were wrinkled. I thought it may have been a load issue, but I have brought in the same amount every time. I believe when it comes to wash n' fold, they could at least be a bit more careful and pay more attention to the process.
I dropped off a couch cushion cover to be cleaned. A few days later on 1/18, I got an email saying it was ready. I went to pick it up and it looked like it hadn't been touched. I asked for it to be cleaned again and 10 days later still have not heard back about it. The people at the store have been nice when I've been in, but I am not sure what's going on with the cleaning and follow-up.
OMG my gloves got mixed in my laundry and were sent out to be cleaned. They didn't charge me now that's what I call GREAT customer service.

I recently dropped off some shirts and asked that a patterned shirt be spot-treated for a taco sauce stain on the right cuff. I picked up the shirts the next day. When I inspected the shirts upon arriving home, I was pleased that the stain was gone. I was thrilled. But I noticed that a blue card was affixed to a white dress shirt that was in the same batch of shirts that I had just picked up.
