Ruined sleeves on shirt
I had a skirt dry cleaned and had a $10 gift certificate. My order came to $9.28. I was told that I couldn't use the gift certificate for less than $10. It is not written anywhere on the gift certificate. I offered to let them keep the change but they still wouldn't accept it. I no longer work in an environment requiring profession dress. How exactly do I create dry cleanable items? I have additional gift certificates I received as gifts when I needed to dress professionally.
3rd jam you out me in this past 5 weeks. Clothes in 2 times before 9 no show. Very tough to rely when I travel. Also not good when store doesn't open as advertised. Sometimes after 8! Proverbial jam me up once shame on you. Jam me up more than a few times shame on me! As a long time customer with 5 figure dollars in biz it's too bad. Lapels is now in cohasset!
My blazer came back with a huge spot on the back that was never there. The jacket is unwearable!! I dont know what you did but the fabric is different and there is a huge round spot on the back of the blazer that was never there. I would like someone to contact me as this is totally unacceptable. The jacket is ruined.
I dropped a dress off to be re-hemmed and then cleaned. When I picked it up, I noticed stains on it that weren't there when I dropped it off. I asked for it to be recleaned and when I went back the stains were still there. I was told I would need to return a third time for my issue to be resolved. The dress is not worth three trips to the dry cleaner and the appx $30 I was charged. I have never been so disappointed with a simple service before. The girl working the counter was completely useless.
Used the cleaner for Wash Dry Fold. Was 2.5X more expensive than my normal bill. Did not even fold or pair the socks for the price. Crazy.
Terrible! They lost my real horn buttons on my Gloverall Duffel Coat. Was told on Friday when I picked up the items that the manger would call me on Saturday. Nope. Stopped by on Saturday evening and they said the manager would call me on Monday. Nope. Now I'm going to have to spend at least $30 ordering replacement buttons from England. Very annoyed and disappointed.
You can't Find my 3 Pieces Short Sleeve Shirts
The cleaning quality was excellent ... service terrible. They failed to give me credit for my coupon. Lines were long as most people in line, including me, only got part of their cleaning back on time. The one clerk working at peak time (5:30pm) spent most of her time looking cleaning that hadn't come back.
