A really update type of service you give your customer with feeling, being my first time in. It's 5
Received an email to pick up order and not ready. Drove out of my way and changed plans for nothing. Don't understand why you notify me to come and not have my order. You have misplaced shirts that were not tagged that I needed to look for at this location.
I picked up my dry cleaning and my $10 coupon was not applied. The clerk said there was no coupon in my bags sleeve. This is the second time and last time it will happen.
My $200 Ann Taylor dress that I wear for work functions was lost by Dependable cleaners at 624 Hancock Street. After 2-3 weeks of Dependable's being unable to find my dress, I spoke with Greg who informed me that my dress was in fact lost, is "over two years old" and therefore, I would not be receiving the full amount requested for my dress. I recently brought several suits and ties to Dependable Cleaners and despite very good online reviews, I was unimpressed. First, they failed to remove several minor stains from my tire. Second, one of the stains actually got worse after they dry cleaned it. Worse, they destroyed another of my ties, leaving what appears to be bleach stains all over it. Nice job on the dry cleaning, but stop clipping my french cuff shirts. I had to tell them this 5-6 times, before I gave up and switched to a better dry cleaners.
Brought a ton of things here after reading the reviews and on the recommendation of my neighbor and was completely and utterly happy with the results. My previous dry cleaner literally did not clean my clothes and/or said he could not get some stains out...I'm serious I think they just folded the sweaters and place them in a bag still dirty! These guys got everything out and my sweaters are unbelievable clean! Guess I did not realize how bad the last place was...you guys have a new customer....please don't change!
Awful. Ruined my nice black peacoat. I live close by so figured this place looked busy and would try it out but the people working there were clueless. I told them I had a stain on the bottom of the jacket from some food, they said they missed the tag and forgot to clean it but would redo it, then I took off the plastic to look at the rest of the jacket and it was all pilly and had lint all over it the girl looked at it and said "oh yeah it looks like someone didn't do a very good job on this" - clearly not.
