I hadn't been to Dependable Cleaners in a while, but decided to give you a chance again. I received emails yesterday informing me that my cleaning was ready. I went this morning and to my great surprise one bag with three of my dress shirts was not to be found. The staff person looked for 5 - 10 minutes while I waited and still could not find the bag. A big let down. My first visit to them and they messed up my order. Will try someone else next time.
I keep getting these emails. My order is ready. I don't believe I have an order to pick up.
A really update type of service you give your customer with feeling, being my first time in. It's 5
Received an email to pick up order and not ready. Drove out of my way and changed plans for nothing. Don't understand why you notify me to come and not have my order. You have misplaced shirts that were not tagged that I needed to look for at this location.
I picked up my dry cleaning and my $10 coupon was not applied. The clerk said there was no coupon in my bags sleeve. This is the second time and last time it will happen.
My $200 Ann Taylor dress that I wear for work functions was lost by Dependable cleaners at 624 Hancock Street. After 2-3 weeks of Dependable's being unable to find my dress, I spoke with Greg who informed me that my dress was in fact lost, is "over two years old" and therefore, I would not be receiving the full amount requested for my dress. I recently brought several suits and ties to Dependable Cleaners and despite very good online reviews, I was unimpressed. First, they failed to remove several minor stains from my tire. Second, one of the stains actually got worse after they dry cleaned it. Worse, they destroyed another of my ties, leaving what appears to be bleach stains all over it.
