-I drop off my poncho for dry cleaning Friday. -I'm given the expectation that it will be ready for pick up by 5 pm Saturday . -I stop by Sunday to pick up. But it isn't ready. I ask when I can expect it to be ready. I'm told by 5 pm Monday. -I get call Monday saying it's not ready. -I get ready for pickup email Tuesday. -I pick up Wednesday and they can't find my poncho. -she says it's misfiled and she has to search through all the cloths to find it. -She's still searching for it as I type this feedback. As I see Karen O. said, yes a bit pricey. 10 flannel shirts and a winter coat = $96. I asked when they would be available, was told "tomorrow". I said wow 1 day? Impressive... my wife tells me I probably paid a premium for 1 day ?? Damned if I know..
not good, was hesitant about going back after they have lost several items of ours but they have been generous in regards to reimbursing us for them. However this was the first time I got a terrible dry cleaning experience. Bought in white pants with a chocolate stain when I called Nicole said the stain wouldn't budge when she pretreated it yet she still dry cleaned it, why?! My silk dress was ruined; color faded and now has an odd crunchy texture
I was absolutely fit to be tied...so ticked off. I really wanted my favorite Tommy Bahama silk shirt for a big family reunion. It did't even need to be cleaned, simply pressed. I drove all the way to the Cohasset location to get there prior to 6:00 closing of the store. And the counter woman hands me my shirt with an ENORMOUS ( not even exaggerating!) stain all over the front of the shirt..the counter lady even clearly remembered that the shirt was spotless when I dropped it off. Horrible! Disgusted to learn this company discriminates against people with disabilities. MaryAnne King from the Quincy ave location offered my niece and interview via a voicemail. My niece has returned her call and left her 5 voicemails with no return call. Apparently because my nieces disability causes her to have a speech impediment, the voicemails went unreturned? My suits keep getting unstiched while being drycleaned at your Dorchester Ave store. I have had three suits in four trips that need tailoring after picking up from dry cleaning. This is very inconvinient and time consuming, please concider using more care.
Dropped off dry cleaning on Sunday am before open and just received an email today - 2 days later it was ready - and after 730 - so therefore it was really 3 days after I dropped it off since you close at 7
