Great people, but one of my shirts was misplaced. I was supposed to get an email as discussed with the associate that helped me. No communication yet. I have been a customer for years mostly out of convience, but wonder why I keep going back with so many competitors. One area which is almost always hit or miss is that when I have slacks pressed they are often pleated next to the old pleat creating "train tracks". I then in turn need to bring them back. Only have one suggestion, is it possible to provide the amount due on an order when a "Your Order is Ready" email is sent?
I jUst went to pick up my suit needed for an out of town job interview and it turns out they forgot to even send it out to be cleaned. It was wadded up in a bag sitting on the ground. Now I have to get on a plane tomorrow morning with a dirty suit.UNDEPENDABLE CLEANERS!!!
I hadn't been to Dependable Cleaners in a while, but decided to give you a chance again. I received emails yesterday informing me that my cleaning was ready. I went this morning and to my great surprise one bag with three of my dress shirts was not to be found. The staff person looked for 5 - 10 minutes while I waited and still could not find the bag. I understand that things happen, but in all of my years of taking my clothes to dry cleaners, my items were never misplaced. I'm upset because I'm traveling very early on ... read more
A big let down. My first visit to them and they messed up my order. Will try someone else next time.
