I asked when I dropped my order off that my pants not be creased. I confirmed again before I left with the woman who took in my order. It also says in my profile not to put creases in pants that don't already have a crease. I have had this problem a few times in the past, and you have offered to press the creases out, but you inevitably still see the crease. Essentially the pants end up being ruined. This was one of possibly 3 shirts with badly wrinkled collars and black stains. I have no idea why this is but promised to bring it in when I see it.

Had a difficult time with an online coupon. Cashier did not want to ring in coupon at time of drop off despite info printed on coupon itself. I had to insist she complete process while I waited. Services may be good but someone needs to train staff to do the right thing. 👎

Deserving of two stars. They destroyed several of my wife's sweaters. The first we chalked up as an accident. The second, we asked them to pay for, which they did in the form of a credit. The third, was so completely destroyed they cut us a check on the spot. Several of my shirts were poorly cleaned. In one example a shirt was return with minor stains "set-in" around the collar, I pointed out these items, and they said there was nothing they could do. Jamie was courteous during our interaction. My white shirt came back with a pen mark on the sleeve (not pleased) and I was certain I had paid for the order prior to pickup, but was informed I had not paid when I came to pick up. I paid (probably twice) and won't be back.

Sittig outside Scituate location. 8:04A on Wed morn and not open. I have a funeral this morning at 9:15A in Quincy and my clothes are behind locked doors. I amnot alone !! Cant reach corporate. Voice mail....... Called Cohasset and they are trying to help. This situation is not good.

I had a skirt dry cleaned and had a $10 gift certificate. My order came to $9.28. I was told that I couldn't use the gift certificate for less than $10. It is not written anywhere on the gift certificate. I offered to let them keep the change but they still wouldn't accept it. I no longer work in an environment requiring profession dress. How exactly do I create dry cleanable items? I have additional gift certificates I received as gifts when I needed to dress professionally.
