Left a stain on a slip cover I brought in. Receptionist shrugged and said they didn't guarantee stain removal.
I had to repress my shirts... Two pairs of my dress pants I had hemmed came undone the day I wore them a blouse was ruined and a third pair of pants ripped and split and the rear seam. I will never be going back. I would like to be refunded and for my pants and credited for the 3 tops I had to press. Fast and easy. But, I asked for my sweaters to be depilled and they weren’t. Disappointed in that regard
terrible service. I brought one item I needed dry cleaned for my wedding weekend- it needed to be cleaned and there was one button I needed sewed on. It was a Tuesday, they said it’d be ready by Thursday. They even put a tag on it that said “promised for thursday”. When I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even started on it and acted like I was crazy that I thought it’d be ready by Thursday... even though the tag that said it would be was still on it! The service was OK, but my jacket and rain coat were not pressed right, they are not flat and still have wrinkles . The worst thing is you wanted to charge me extra $ for the coat belt on top of already very expensive price. That is a rip off.

I dropped off with ease but was never told how much my alteration job would cost. I never received an update until it was done, and it then came back more than twice as much as I’ve ever paid elsewhere for similar work. Will not come back again.
I am a regular customer and because I have hard-copy coupons I am not automatically receiving discounts on my dry cleaning I was informed. I have had about 9 pieces of drycleaning this week. Is it possible to receive a discount?
