I recently brought several suits and ties to Dependable Cleaners and despite very good online reviews, I was unimpressed. First, they failed to remove several minor stains from my tire. Second, one of the stains actually got worse after they dry cleaned it. Worse, they destroyed another of my ties, leaving what appears to be bleach stains all over it. I will not be returning here.
Nice job on the dry cleaning, but stop clipping my french cuff shirts. I had to tell them this 5-6 times, before I gave up and switched to a better dry cleaners.
Brought a ton of things here after reading the reviews and on the recommendation of my neighbor and was completely and utterly happy with the results. My previous dry cleaner literally did not clean my clothes and/or said he could not get some stains out...I'm serious I think they just folded the sweaters and place them in a bag still dirty! These guys got everything out and my sweaters are unbelievable clean! Guess I did not realize how bad the last place was...you guys have a new customer....please don't change!
Awful. Ruined my nice black peacoat. I live close by so figured this place looked busy and would try it out but the people working there were clueless. I told them I had a stain on the bottom of the jacket from some food, they said they missed the tag and forgot to clean it but would redo it, then I took off the plastic to look at the rest of the jacket and it was all pilly and had lint all over it the girl looked at it and said "oh yeah it looks like someone didn't do a very good job on this" - clearly not. I asked when I dropped my order off that my pants not be creased. I confirmed again before I left with the woman who took in my order. It also says in my profile not to put creases in pants that don't already have a crease. I have had this problem a few times in the past, and you have offered to press the creases out, but you inevitably still see the crease. Essentially the pants end up being ruined. This was one of possibly 3 shirts with badly wrinkled collars and black stains. I have no idea why this is but promised to bring it in when I see it.
Had a difficult time with an online coupon. Cashier did not want to ring in coupon at time of drop off despite info printed on coupon itself. I had to insist she complete process while I waited. Services may be good but someone needs to train staff to do the right thing. 👎
