I'm not sure if im in the wrong here , but my first time coming to the dependerable cleaners on ( dorchester ave ) recommend from reviews , I bring in a shirt to have cleaned & pants to get sewed on seam , so I leave with my slip & go back to pick stuff up & he tells me a different price ? You gave me my order with someone else's shirt, though lost one of mine (brand new). Your associate at the Cohasset store assured me that the manager would contact me "immediately". It has been 3 days and I've heard nothing, zip, crickets. Would you show as much concern for tour customers as you do their money?
Asked for premium service but had to live the blouse for recleaning. After the second time the stains came off. I don't understand why I should bring to the attention the garment 2 times whan the stains were so visible and obvious on the cuffs and the belt. I had that unpleasant experience not for the first time. I had to leave the jacket for redoing 3 times. It looked that you didn't even make an affort to clean it. The piece looked untouched in the areas where cleaning needed to be done.
Hi, I like dependables but was not happy about paying for 2 pieces of a dress when I understood and discussed that it was one dress. And would be charged for one dress. And the man's shirt I was told could be laundered and was charged for dry cleaning. Just look at my bill and ask me if this is fair? Also please take my credit on account off so from now on I know what I sm being charged.

Hey - Not really sure who to share this with - realizing that this is probably not the appropriate forum but I've had an issue with my service - My flat-front pantskeep coming back with creases in them but my pleated trousers don't. I'd like to make sure I switch that -- how do I make that happen? Don't want my bonobos having creases
I was pretty disappointed about my latest pickup. The store opened almost 20 minutes late, so I missed my 7:10 train from N Scituate after getting there early because i needed my blazer for a job interview. Additionally, 3 shirts were not there and the explanation was one (1) of them had a stain (which it turned out it did not). Why hold up all three anyway!! I use you guys regularly, and after some initial hiccups you've been consistent. This bummed me out, and made me start to consider a change.
Usually awesome but waiting for my 2 men's shirts to be located. Haven't heard back.
Great cleaners, but there's absolutely NO way I'd send my credit card information electronically to you. I hope that the email you sent asking for it was from a hacker.
