I won't be visiting again
Service and turn around were great. I was disappointed because the was salt fron the street on my pants leg which just needed to be rinsed out before dry cleaning but wasn't and was returned as "a stain we couldn't get out" but which I easily rinsed out at home. I guess I should have done that before I brought it in.
Instructions were not even remotely close to being followed.
I brought in a black dress with a white collar which had some marks on the inside of the collar. The dress was returned with stains on the outside of the collar and not pressed. I returned it to be redone. It was returned with more stain marks on the outside of the collar and is unwearable now. Rather than credit me for cleaning the dress, I believe Dependable Cleaners should have offered to reimburse me for the cost of the dress which was over $100.00 and is now unwearable.
Horrible experience. I sent them several mens shirts.. some of which were like $30 shirts. I’m used to paying 2-3 dollars a shirt pretty much at any dry cleaner. They charged me for “blouses” - like $8 each... friggin insane. They had issues charging the card despite me giving them info over and over. I eventually had to drive to the main office to get my stuff back. They come to my job so it would have been convenient but I gave up - back to Anton’s.
Left a stain on a slip cover I brought in. Receptionist shrugged and said they didn't guarantee stain removal.
I had to repress my shirts... Two pairs of my dress pants I had hemmed came undone the day I wore them a blouse was ruined and a third pair of pants ripped and split and the rear seam. I will never be going back. I would like to be refunded and for my pants and credited for the 3 tops I had to press. The whole reason for dry cleaning is to take care of your nice garments and the ease of getting ready in the morning. Also being able to depend on your dry cleaner will do there job correctly. I gave 2 Jeans but I only got one back. Could you please check if you do have a size 36 blue jean, Citizens of Humanity brand.
Fast and easy. But, I asked for my sweaters to be depilled and they weren’t. Disappointed in that regard
