I brought a jacket in for cleaning and storage last spring. I picked it up early winter. When I got it home and went to wear it I found that the zipper was broken. There was a notice on the hanger suggesting that I might want to get the broken zipper fixed. I would think that someone might have pointed that out before I left the store.
