The girls behind the counter were very nice but I couldn't believe it cost $30 for 2 pants to be hemmed! I was shocked and told them it wasn't their fault but wouldn't be back.
With the unexpected loss of one of the three dry cleaners in Cohasset (Aveni left), I would suggest a social media blitz so the abandon customers are captured before the competition snags them!
Last time sweaters had stuff stuck to them They had been pressed up were not clean
Great people, but one of my shirts was misplaced. I was supposed to get an email as discussed with the associate that helped me. No communication yet. I have been a customer for years mostly out of convience, but wonder why I keep going back with so many competitors. One area which is almost always hit or miss is that when I have slacks pressed they are often pleated next to the old pleat creating "train tracks". I then in turn need to bring them back. I jUst went to pick up my suit needed for an out of town job interview and it turns out they forgot to even send it out to be cleaned. It was wadded up in a bag sitting on the ground. Now I have to get on a plane tomorrow morning with a dirty suit.UNDEPENDABLE CLEANERS!!!
