terrible service. I brought one item I needed dry cleaned for my wedding weekend- it needed to be cleaned and there was one button I needed sewed on. It was a Tuesday, they said it’d be ready by Thursday. They even put a tag on it that said “promised for thursday”. When I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even started on it and acted like I was crazy that I thought it’d be ready by Thursday... even though the tag that said it would be was still on it! The service was OK, but my jacket and rain coat were not pressed right, they are not flat and still have wrinkles . The worst thing is you wanted to charge me extra $ for the coat belt on top of already very expensive price. That is a rip off.

I dropped off with ease but was never told how much my alteration job would cost. I never received an update until it was done, and it then came back more than twice as much as I’ve ever paid elsewhere for similar work. Will not come back again.
I am a regular customer and because I have hard-copy coupons I am not automatically receiving discounts on my dry cleaning I was informed. I have had about 9 pieces of drycleaning this week. Is it possible to receive a discount?
I came for the first time as a dry cleaning customer in September with a large number of items. Long story short, they had me leave my dry cleaning in my own bag that I brought in, lost my bag, and never followed up/never found it. I can’t recommend unprofessional services.
Horrible I received an email staying my 6 itemsarw ready for Pick up and when I arrived the could only locate two of my items and told me to come back tomorrow when they have more Time to locate my other 4 items! Horrible will no longer be using this cleaner
The dress I dropped off was over a day late & I had to go to the store multiple times until it was finally ready to be picked up. Despite this, I was still charged full price. Poor service.
