While the dry cleaning was adequate, I was just charged around $25 for a very simple repair on a pair of pants. I only had a pocket with a hole in it sewn shut. I have had pants hemmed and other alterations done for less money. I will likely not return to Dependable cleaners after such an overpriced service.

My first time there and I won't be returning. 2 coats and both came back in the exact condition I dropped them in. $40.+ later and I have 2 dirty coats!
Hello Karolline, I picked up these items last week and just noticed while changing the bed linen that the sheet is not clean at all. It looks to me that someone dropped it on the floor and anyway pressed it despite how dirty it was. I wash my linen at home and drop them off at your store for pressing only. The is the first time the happened but I am not happy about it as you can imagine. If you want to reach me please call 617 5129139. Thank you

Service and turn around were great. I was disappointed because the was salt fron the street on my pants leg which just needed to be rinsed out before dry cleaning but wasn't and was returned as "a stain we couldn't get out" but which I easily rinsed out at home. I guess I should have done that before I brought it in.
Instructions were not even remotely close to being followed.
I brought in a black dress with a white collar which had some marks on the inside of the collar. The dress was returned with stains on the outside of the collar and not pressed. I returned it to be redone. It was returned with more stain marks on the outside of the collar and is unwearable now. Rather than credit me for cleaning the dress, I believe Dependable Cleaners should have offered to reimburse me for the cost of the dress which was over $100.00 and is now unwearable.
Horrible experience. I sent them several mens shirts.. some of which were like $30 shirts. I’m used to paying 2-3 dollars a shirt pretty much at any dry cleaner. They charged me for “blouses” - like $8 each... friggin insane. They had issues charging the card despite me giving them info over and over. I eventually had to drive to the main office to get my stuff back. They come to my job so it would have been convenient but I gave up - back to Anton’s.
