I dropped a sweater off on Monday to take advantage of 25% off sale. I had already brought two two tops in a couple of days before so, I asked the woman if I would get the 25% off on this sweater too. She said yes. When I picked up everything I did not receive 25% off the item I was told would be discounted. The woman didn’t apologize at all and is never friendly. Maybe not completely the dry cleaners fault but my jacket was left in a friends car who smokes and I brought it to dependables to take out the smell but when I got it back, it still smelled like cigarettes ☹️
Gr8 customer service at the desk/counter!
The service was extremely poor. The person who delt with me was very rude and the dry cleaning for my suit ran late, thus I was late to an event myself.
I brought in a mud room rug for cleaning in October and completely forgot about it until yesterday when I was picking up some dry cleaning. Scott behind the counter saw the item on their receipt and found the rug!
Went to pick up told stain wasn’t removed because it would have broken promise of it been ready for pick up in 2 days I didn’t need items in 2 days on this visit so now I have item which I paid to be dry cleaned which I have to was again These policies make no sense to me I feel like I was scammed

The person at the desk was not pleasant when I picked up my order. I will try the other cleaner across the street next time.
I brought three shirts to be laundered and four sweaters to be dry-cleaned on Friday evening, so I could pick them ALL up on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. When I went to pick them up around 5:45, one of the sweaters (which had no special cleaning issues) wasn't going to be in the store until around 7:00 p.m., or, in other words, closing time.
