I dropped off an article of clothing October 2018 and only recieved it back yesterday! I called the store and went twice in person to try and find my jacket back in October. Dependable stated they did not have and never had my jacket. What a debacle. I will never drop off anything to Dependable Cleaners again.
On a Thursday I dropped off jeans that needed to be patched and I needed for Monday. I was told they wouldn't be ready until Monday. When I showed up on Monday I was told they wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I had to go home (not a planned stop) to get something else to wear which caused me to be late. For that I was charged $22.16 One unhappy customer who will be happy to take my business elsewhere.
I smiled when I noticed that you even returned my cedar blocks with my dry cleaning!
Love this cleaner everyone is so nice but took 2 blouses in to have laundered and was charged 16. 00 was charged for dry cleaning instead
Every time I come to this location, I always get overcharged and coupons are never applied. I was charged $22 to dryclean a blazer which they entered as a coat and $10 to press a pair of pants which they entered as dry cleaning despite my specific instructions. My 25% coupon was not applied, even though the person who took my order assured me that it would be. This is not the first time. I gave a few shirts and blouse for washing but the blouse was dry cleaned to protect the fabric and it costed me $10. It would be good if someone can text me like this survey to confirm before changing the order. Aside from this you did good job !
My experience going well
Requested military creases on three shirts. Shirts were had no appearance of being pressed in any way whatsoever. Collars were wrinkled and the sleeves were not pressed.
I will have to bring the comforter back. The comforter is a big wrinkled mess so it needs to be ironed or steamed to correct. I hope to bring it in on Wednesday 3/6/19.
