The Elastic in the waste band was stretched and ruined
I just picked up my clothes. I noted a blue pair of Saks pants weren't in the order. I asked, but they said that was all they had. When I got home I checked the email saying my order of 10 items was ready for pick-up. I only received 9 items - 8 shirts and 1 pair of pants. I will call the store tomorrow.
I do not suggest giving you Canada goose coats to them for dry cleaning. They were supposed to deliver in 2 weeks, it became one month and the attached fur of Canada goose was torn apart on edge when I got the coat back. I Do NOT recommend them for fur attached coats dry cleaning.
I sent a bridesmaid dress to be altered. They said it would be done in a week, but that they'd email or call me when it was ready. I wait two weeks and nothing, so I go in to check. The order hadn't even been sent in. The woman working apologized and said she'd overnight it. I went back a few days later and picked it up. The woman discounted the order and I paid nothing. I'd like to give them about a 3 1/2 or 4 because I brought in two items at the same time and the young woman concerned me for a little while because she couldn't find one of them--she finally found it. Other than that the place seemed to be mostly OK I guess.
I brought several pieces in. I was charged for an extra item. Manager said he would refund but never did. One of the dresses I brought was not cleaned well. Will not be returning.
I had a difficult paint stain to get out of a very expensive jacket. I dropped off my jacket for a consultation to see if treating it would damage the jacket in any way as I was worried that the jacket would either be ruined and I'd have to pay the cost anyway, or that the stain was not removable and I'd eat the cost of dry cleaning. Not good. I was charged $11 and when I cam home your email said I owed $9.
Don’t be fooled by the name, this cleaner is not “dependable.” My washer/dryer recently broke mid-wash, so after doing some research and seeing the great reviews online, I dropped 2 loads of laundry off for the wash and fold service. When I went to pick up my clothes, I waited for nearly an hour, as they were unable to find my laundry anywhere in their back room.
