There are several cleaners closer to me. I go to dependable because of the way I'm greeted and treated.
The cleaning quality is not good. A coat I took for cleaning had food spot on it. When I picked up the coat the food spots were still there like the coat was not cleaned. If those spots were hard to removed I should be told and not be charged. I brought the coat back and waiting to see the results.

Any women write a review except me? Guys have you compared their prices to anyone else??? They should treat you special as they fleece your wallet! C'mon don't you know thieves when you see them. I remember when their prices and quality matched.

I previously gave it a 5-Star review on my first visit. I"m changing it to a 1-Star review. I expected to pay more for their laundry wash and fold service. Yes, it was a fast turnaround. Yes, it was nicely done. Yes, it is a clean, nice looking store, technologically efficient. But if I'm going to pay top price for laundry, I expect the staff to be trained in "good manners" and how to "greet customers" appropriately, My first drop off experience was pretty good. The Elastic in the waste band was stretched and ruined
I just picked up my clothes. I noted a blue pair of Saks pants weren't in the order. I asked, but they said that was all they had. When I got home I checked the email saying my order of 10 items was ready for pick-up. I only received 9 items - 8 shirts and 1 pair of pants. I will call the store tomorrow.
I do not suggest giving you Canada goose coats to them for dry cleaning. They were supposed to deliver in 2 weeks, it became one month and the attached fur of Canada goose was torn apart on edge when I got the coat back. I Do NOT recommend them for fur attached coats dry cleaning.
