I dropped off my suit jacket and I was told it would be done Sunday because the Tailor was in on Saturday. It was not done on Sunday and I was unable to wear it that following Monday for an event.
Brought in 3 shirts. Asked for boxed set up due to travel. Received 2 boxed and one on a hanger. That didn’t work for me.
Dependable Cleaners gets all my laundry, dry cleaning, and tailoring! Enough said!
After leaving five men's shirts at the Milton store, when I returned to pick them up there were only four shirts! Three different cashiers tried to find it with no luck. Another woman came from out back and after about fifteen minutes she found the shirt. It had been put in with someone else's order in error. I dropped a sweater off on Monday to take advantage of 25% off sale. I had already brought two two tops in a couple of days before so, I asked the woman if I would get the 25% off on this sweater too. She said yes. When I picked up everything I did not receive 25% off the item I was told would be discounted. The woman didn’t apologize at all and is never friendly. Maybe not completely the dry cleaners fault but my jacket was left in a friends car who smokes and I brought it to dependables to take out the smell but when I got it back, it still smelled like cigarettes ☹️
Gr8 customer service at the desk/counter!
The service was extremely poor. The person who delt with me was very rude and the dry cleaning for my suit ran late, thus I was late to an event myself.
I brought in a mud room rug for cleaning in October and completely forgot about it until yesterday when I was picking up some dry cleaning. Scott behind the counter saw the item on their receipt and found the rug!
