The service was done as expected, suit cleaning and deodorize, but the worker used a large pin to attach a note “requesting the deodorize” through the back of my suit jacket collar. I have no idea why anyone would do that and now I have a hole through my suit
Staff are wonderful, but ypur pricing is too high. Will go back to other dry clieaner. Although not as convenient.
I recently moved to Quincy from Boston. I had a bunch of shirts- one of my largest orders. * To start, I was not greeted , I had thought she was being sassy about my 48+ item’s. I asked for an alteration that wasn't done. No one told me that it wasn't completed until I picked up the garment. The dry cleaning was fine. I won't return. Instead my business will go to smaller dry cleaners in the neighborhood.
And frankly, exorbitantly priced. Too much.
Charged for cleaning when some of my order was press only. Required a second visit and follow-up phone call to fix.
Half of my clothes were not bar coded so I had to follow up and ask for your employees to search for them in the store and eventually they were found but I had to pick them up. So it was not a very pleasant service last time. Misplacing clothes is not good.
I brought in five of my son's work dress shirts for laundering and pressing. I should have asked, but assumed this would be a couple dollars each. I was shocked to be presented with a $31 bill when I picked them up. Three of the five had been "dry cleaned" and two were laundered and pressed. I think I should have been notified of a policy that dry cleans cotton and cotton blend shirts. Way more money than I would have wanted to spend.
I wanted the shirts laundered - not drycleaned. Pretty steep bill.
