I gave a few shirts and blouse for washing but the blouse was dry cleaned to protect the fabric and it costed me $10. It would be good if someone can text me like this survey to confirm before changing the order. Aside from this you did good job !
My experience going well
Requested military creases on three shirts. Shirts were had no appearance of being pressed in any way whatsoever. Collars were wrinkled and the sleeves were not pressed.
I will have to bring the comforter back. The comforter is a big wrinkled mess so it needs to be ironed or steamed to correct. I hope to bring it in on Wednesday 3/6/19.
They couldn’t find my items and said they were at the Quincy store instead of Scituate where we dropped off. After leaving we got phone call saying they were found at the right store, wasted trip to pick up
Rang out side Handicap Buzzer - Shannon came out and I provided phone number. Shannon returned with Shirts / Dry Cleaning and walk to my car (200 feet) and placed them in the back.

I brought two pair of pants to be hemmed on 2/6/19. After not hearing anything my wife went by on 2/14/19 to see if they where ready and one pair was they didn't know about the second pair. When looking at the receipt the first pair came in on 2/12 but was never called or emailed. Called o. 2/15 to find the second pair and they eventually left a message saying they would be done later today, glad they could at least narrow it down to a time
The sheets and pillow cases were alright aside from having to take a safety pin out of each one... But I got a Tommy Bahama comforter asking specifically to be washed only and it's kind of lumpy now...
