Charged for cleaning when some of my order was press only. Required a second visit and follow-up phone call to fix.
Half of my clothes were not bar coded so I had to follow up and ask for your employees to search for them in the store and eventually they were found but I had to pick them up. So it was not a very pleasant service last time. Misplacing clothes is not good.
I brought in five of my son's work dress shirts for laundering and pressing. I should have asked, but assumed this would be a couple dollars each. I was shocked to be presented with a $31 bill when I picked them up. Three of the five had been "dry cleaned" and two were laundered and pressed. I think I should have been notified of a policy that dry cleans cotton and cotton blend shirts. Way more money than I would have wanted to spend.
I wanted the shirts laundered - not drycleaned. Pretty steep bill.
You did not pick up on Tuesday at The Mews once again. You are not dependable. While waiting for delivery on Friday we realized this.so had to call. Counting on clothes for vacation. When you delivered clothes back the following Tuesday you had forgotten my husband's shirts. He had to go and pick them up. When we call to alert you of situations like this you say you will call back and do not.
Went to Dorchester today to pick up my order, because, i ask why ask for press only, i was charge for cleaning, some called Francisco in his native language to come out. He he came to the counter and start saying you allways have issue. Like i told them if they are following my instruction they'll be no issue. For yo tell me that i not welcome to go to any Dependable again because of i complain too much. First my shirt got dMge 6 weeks ago nothing was done about. My order was not ready when promised and I had to return to the store twice (once to find out it wasn’t ready) in order to pick it up. I received a weak “I’m sorry.” Granted this is the first time it’s ever happened but I was not happy.
