One of the items that I dropped off last Tuesday was not ready. I called your company when I received an email that only one item was ready (I dropped off 2 items in Tuesday), the person who answered the phone did not gave me a clear answer. I hope that the item will be ready tomorrow.
I'm glad I went to the Hanover store because the Weymouth stores that are now closed the people there were very rude the people in Hanover were very nice and accommodating
I dropped off more then 40 items for dry cleaning and only received 15 at the most. The rest of my items appearently were misplaced. I called and spoke to several employees there and their response was they’re are still looking for them, and now it has been been months. It is both extremely unprofessional and ridiculous. I will not be bringing my business here again. Lastly, if there was an option on here to give this company a negative review I would.
The store completely ruined a very expensive comforter. When I called to inquire about what could be done, I was told basically nothing would be done as the comforter “was clearly defective to begin with.” It was ridiculous considering I spent several hundred dollars on it and had successfully cleaned in the past with other cleaners. I will NOT be returning.
I dropped off my suit jacket and I was told it would be done Sunday because the Tailor was in on Saturday. It was not done on Sunday and I was unable to wear it that following Monday for an event.
Brought in 3 shirts. Asked for boxed set up due to travel. Received 2 boxed and one on a hanger. That didn’t work for me.
Dependable Cleaners gets all my laundry, dry cleaning, and tailoring! Enough said!
After leaving five men's shirts at the Milton store, when I returned to pick them up there were only four shirts! Three different cashiers tried to find it with no luck. Another woman came from out back and after about fifteen minutes she found the shirt. It had been put in with someone else's order in error. I dropped a sweater off on Monday to take advantage of 25% off sale. I had already brought two two tops in a couple of days before so, I asked the woman if I would get the 25% off on this sweater too. She said yes. When I picked up everything I did not receive 25% off the item I was told would be discounted. The woman didn’t apologize at all and is never friendly.
