EVERY time I pick up my dry cleaning there is an issue; either the launder my tuxedo shirts or give me the wrong price quote. I have ONLY brought my tuxedo and/or pleated and cuffed tuxedo shirts to this cleaners and they make a mistake EVERY time! They always try and make it my fault. I only came because I won a $100 dollar gift card in a silent auction. The card has @ $8.00 left but I am NEVER returning to this business again. Too expensive. Hours close too early. They didn’t follow my instructions to press the suit’s lapel. Will not return and not recommend
The zipper repair was overcharge they did not replace the original zipper with a newer zipper but charged me as of it was totally replaced. The zipper was plastic and could not zip all the way and bloke as I tried to zip. I had two zippers replaced one a real zipper that was totally replaced the cost was $55.00 and the plastic zipper same charge 55.00. I am so disappointed. I was asked to check my dry cleaned clothes.
Won’t go back there anymore
Garment was ready when it was supposed to be and very well done. In and out both dropping off and picking up.
I did not have a good first experience. I brought a number of dress shirts to be laundered and when I came to pick them up, 5 of the shirts had been dry cleaned instead at a much higher cost despite not being asked to do so. These were not shirts that required dry cleaning. I don't plan on returning.
Stains did not remove completely
It would be very kind of you to accept expired coupons given the expense of dry cleaning. It cost me 16$ + to dry clean two pairs of pants and I was hoping to use my 25% off coupon but it was rejected. Please consider being a better neighborhood business. Or at least offer discounts if for example you can wait 1 week for your clothes to be ready. Maybe charge your current prices for those who need expedited service. Thank you for your time and consideration.
