I brought three shirts to be laundered and four sweaters to be dry-cleaned on Friday evening, so I could pick them ALL up on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. When I went to pick them up around 5:45, one of the sweaters (which had no special cleaning issues) wasn't going to be in the store until around 7:00 p.m., or, in other words, closing time. Too expensive and customer service was just ok at pick up. Never offered to help bring clothes to car.

I was very satisfied with the cleaning, but I did not ask for no creases in my slacks and would have preferred creases. I guess someone thought that a female's slacks should not have them. Also, when I store my wool slacks for the summer, I put them on clip hangers and then they are not covered completely by the short plastic bags. All bags should be at least as long as the clothes they are meant to cover. Thanks for allowing this feedback.

My expensive Zara coat with fur was lost and no one will return phone calls!!! Have gone in-person twice and keep being told "someone will call you tomorrow" which has yet to happen. UNREAL.

The dry cleaning section is fine and I have never had an issue, but the laundry matt is disgusting. The inside of the washing machines are never cleaned with a disinfectant wash and they smell. I often go at night and I see the cleaning lady use the same dirty rag to wipe down each machine. She only wipes down the outside of the machines. The seal on the glass on the larger machines are broken and you can see the brown musty water in between the glass. Not to mention the floors are filthy. I dropped off an article of clothing October 2018 and only recieved it back yesterday! I called the store and went twice in person to try and find my jacket back in October. Dependable stated they did not have and never had my jacket. What a debacle. I will never drop off anything to Dependable Cleaners again.

On a Thursday I dropped off jeans that needed to be patched and I needed for Monday. I was told they wouldn't be ready until Monday. When I showed up on Monday I was told they wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. I had to go home (not a planned stop) to get something else to wear which caused me to be late. For that I was charged $22.16 One unhappy customer who will be happy to take my business elsewhere.
