Went to Dorchester today to pick up my order, because, i ask why ask for press only, i was charge for cleaning, some called Francisco in his native language to come out. He he came to the counter and start saying you allways have issue. Like i told them if they are following my instruction they'll be no issue. My order was not ready when promised and I had to return to the store twice (once to find out it wasn’t ready) in order to pick it up. I received a weak “I’m sorry.” Granted this is the first time it’s ever happened but I was not happy.

One wool dress pant that was dropped for dry cleaning was delivered torn.
I dropped off heavily soiled work clothes and picked up spotless like new clothes.
just glad I got my clothes back in one piece. Spent way too much money on Style for my clothes to look terrible and then to be berated by a manager like I don't understand dry cleaning. never coming back.
Customer experience is good. The staff is very nice. However the cost for cleaning items is very expensive. And I found out I’ve been charged incorrectly. Every time I take my item to get cleaned it’s always the same. But this time it was twice as much because of the kind of fill it had. But I was charged for the incorrect filling. My $2000 winter coat from monicker which is only half year old was totally broken after I got it back today. This was the most disturbing experience I ever had on laundry. Besides there is still one shirt not delivered since i drop it off last Wednesday. This is really horrible.
I have now used dependable twice. The first time, you did not get my garment clean. Second time, you charge me $40 to shorten the sleeves on the jacket by half an inch. Employee who assisted me on the second occasion promise to have the manager of the store call me. You never did. Your prices are excessive and your service is very poor! I will take my business elsewhere.
