Brought in 5 shirts with the expectation of dry cleaning 1 and laundering the other 4. When i arrived to pick them up they were all dry cleaned and i was charged for dry cleaning "$40.". I asked why they didn't provide me with what i asked for and i was told that the shirts couldn't be laundered because they needed light ironing and the laundered shirts are high heat ironing. Dont. Although the service was quick after having someone else pick the new bridesmaid dress up for me I returned from work late in the evening to notice the dress had a mark going across the bodice that was not there when it was dropped off. If it wasn’t so late and the wedding wasn’t the next day I would have taken the dress back in the show then the damage
We love your services and they are always great. We have been going to the Quincy Point location for years. Perhaps your staff was having a bad week. I don't see it as a big problem. My wife told me your staff was short, rude, and dismissive with her at dropoff and at pickup. I was suprised to hear this because we're always happy with how friendly they are there. Dropped off my bag in 24/7 box as usual, but then there was a message that “orders found, please come into the store during normal hours to drop off”. I had already deposited my bag, so now I am concerned that my clothes will not be processed properly.
I had dropped off pants to be tailored. The job was... Release hem on both legs and lengthened by 3/4” and have the seams on both legs opened by 3/4” in a “v” shape to make leg opening a little wider. The pants were lengthened maybe 1/2” (shorter than what I wanted) and the seams were opened maybe 1/2” (less than what I wanted). It also seems like one of the pant legs was sewn a little tighter at the bottom as well. I am very unhappy with the service and will NOT be returning to do business with dependable cleaners.
I put in my coupon in the bag as i am a VIP Customer but that coupon wasnt taken into consideration in my bill. The cashier wasnt able to apply the discount after charging me for the full amount. So, I have no idea if i have the credit from bill or not
This was the worst dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I dropped some wedding items to get pressed (not even dry cleaned) and they said it would be a 24 hour return time. When we hadn’t heard anything after 2 days my fiancé called and they said everything was done with the exception of my wedding dress that they sent to get “detailed” even though that’s not what we asked for.
