Dropped off my bag in 24/7 box as usual, but then there was a message that “orders found, please come into the store during normal hours to drop off”. I had already deposited my bag, so now I am concerned that my clothes will not be processed properly.
I had dropped off pants to be tailored. The job was... Release hem on both legs and lengthened by 3/4” and have the seams on both legs opened by 3/4” in a “v” shape to make leg opening a little wider. The pants were lengthened maybe 1/2” (shorter than what I wanted) and the seams were opened maybe 1/2” (less than what I wanted). It also seems like one of the pant legs was sewn a little tighter at the bottom as well. I am very unhappy with the service and will NOT be returning to do business with dependable cleaners.
I put in my coupon in the bag as i am a VIP Customer but that coupon wasnt taken into consideration in my bill. The cashier wasnt able to apply the discount after charging me for the full amount. So, I have no idea if i have the credit from bill or not
This was the worst dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I dropped some wedding items to get pressed (not even dry cleaned) and they said it would be a 24 hour return time. When we hadn’t heard anything after 2 days my fiancé called and they said everything was done with the exception of my wedding dress that they sent to get “detailed” even though that’s not what we asked for. My hoodie came back with a lot of lint
Hoodie came back with a lot of lint still on it.
Pants were fine but my white blouse was not pressed properly-a complete waste of time and money. I won’t bring blouses or any pressing to you again
Clothes always look great. I would like it if a new slip was placed along with receipt. That doesn’t happen any more and it makes it inconvenient to drop off after hours.
The service was done as expected, suit cleaning and deodorize, but the worker used a large pin to attach a note “requesting the deodorize” through the back of my suit jacket collar. I have no idea why anyone would do that and now I have a hole through my suit
