Garment was ready when it was supposed to be and very well done. In and out both dropping off and picking up.
I did not have a good first experience. I brought a number of dress shirts to be laundered and when I came to pick them up, 5 of the shirts had been dry cleaned instead at a much higher cost despite not being asked to do so. These were not shirts that required dry cleaning. I don't plan on returning.
Stains did not remove completely
It would be very kind of you to accept expired coupons given the expense of dry cleaning. It cost me 16$ + to dry clean two pairs of pants and I was hoping to use my 25% off coupon but it was rejected. Please consider being a better neighborhood business. Or at least offer discounts if for example you can wait 1 week for your clothes to be ready. Maybe charge your current prices for those who need expedited service. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Most professional dry cleaning services I've experienced. Will definitely bring all my dry cleaning there from now on.
A consistent problem with the Watertown location and perhaps the business process. My significant VIP rewards are not applied, and there is NO internal process for applying them. It is done manually and I ,the customer was asked to do the work to remind them . Not acceptable and I will be looking elsewhere for another cleaners.
My comforter was cleaner this summer and I asked if an ink spot could be removed. When I picked it up the ink spot was lighter which I understand was all that could be done but there were several stains on the comforter. I brought it back and was told that they did the best they could and the stains were still there. I’ve Been a customer for over 24 years and never had any complaints. This place is so overpriced. We spent over a hundred dollars and couldn't even use the $5 off coupon because we didn't present it before pick up.
