I put an order through this passed week containing one gray blazer and one pair of black men's dress pants and I saw my receipt when I got home which read I had 3 pieces in my order and charged me for cleaning a 2 piece suit ?
I received a 25% off dry cleaning coupon by mail from you. It expired on Dec 31 2019. I brought in a child’s small comforter (less than twin size!) on Dec 29th and showed the staff the coupon on my phone. I picked the comforter up yesterday (Jan 8) and was denied the offer. I paid almost $27 for the cleaning even though I showed the staff my coupon again. They said they wd take care of it and then charged me full price. I just moved to the area and received your 50% discount coupon. When I dropped off my clothes and told the girl about the discount and handed her the coupon. But when I picked up she didn’t apply the discount instead I’m being charged the full price. I asked her and she keep telling me I’m all set and everything is taking care off. This is not a good way to welcome new resident to your area if you do this.
My shirt got to the store very late and so i was 40 minutes late to work
EVERY time I pick up my dry cleaning there is an issue; either the launder my tuxedo shirts or give me the wrong price quote. I have ONLY brought my tuxedo and/or pleated and cuffed tuxedo shirts to this cleaners and they make a mistake EVERY time! They always try and make it my fault. I only came because I won a $100 dollar gift card in a silent auction. The card has @ $8.00 left but I am NEVER returning to this business again. Too expensive. Hours close too early. They didn’t follow my instructions to press the suit’s lapel. Will not return and not recommend
The zipper repair was overcharge they did not replace the original zipper with a newer zipper but charged me as of it was totally replaced. The zipper was plastic and could not zip all the way and bloke as I tried to zip. I had two zippers replaced one a real zipper that was totally replaced the cost was $55.00 and the plastic zipper same charge 55.00. I am so disappointed.
