Was shocked st the price of three items; $54. A sweater, a tablecloth and a table runner. The sweater had stains. Which I understand is extra, but yikes.

My Shirt was NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. I could see a STAIN on my Right Hand CUFF, which DID NOT Exist Before. By the LOOKS of the Stain, it Looks like it's BURNT RESIDUE from the IRON BOX, while my Shirt was being Pressed. Also it was given for a RE-DO, but the RE-DO was NOT READY as Promised the Next Day.

Tailor did not know how to take measurements to hem my dress. Nor did he know how to actually hem a dress made of knit fabric. When taking measurements, the tailor told me he didn’t have a yardstick. He simply guessed and eyed the length which he secured with safety pins in front and back. I was concerned but thought this was a new method and hoped he knew what he was doing. Turns out he didn’t. I don't know how you can charge eight dollars to do one shirt, shame on you!! There is nothing you could say that would justify that cost. Again SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

I had my pea coat dry cleaned at the 110 Newbury Street, Boston, MA and when I returned to pick it up my coat was given to somebody else. This was fine because I understand mistakes happen. The follow up was REALLY poor. This to me points to general poor management and culture of poor customer service. I had to follow up myself days later (I was told I would get a follow up call) to find out the status and it took them awhile to know who I was. I asked for zipper replacement, only slide was replaced. I specifically daub I did not want it dry cleaned but it was done . I thought 28.86 was a bit high. And I never received a receipt.

I was very unhappy with communication regarding my dry cleaning (there wasn’t any). It wasn’t ready when I was told it would be, but because of the poor service I was not charged. That shows positive customer service.
