Hello Burke! I was a regular user of your 20% off dry cleaning coupons which were formerly available through ValPak. I have a pile of dry cleaning I would like to bring to you, however I have not b/c I am missing my coupon! The new coupon program targeted at specific items like only coats is frustrating to me. I would like to use Burke, but the current targeted program has caused me to consider calling other dry cleaners and price shopping. My articles that are dry cleaned come back nicely done. However anything that is pressed comes back ridiculously bad. I might add, the prices are ridiculously high! All the the people I have dealt with have been very professional and friendly.

Whoever took my order in did not spell my last name correct I told her it was Beaver just like the animal, spelled it to her and she still spelled it wrong. When I went in to pick up my order they kept telling me they did not have anything for me. It was finally found under a different spelling.

I trust Burke Cleaners with all my dry cleaning needs. My last order I received a call that a shirt was missing from my order. I was asked for a value of the shirt so my account could receive a credit. In the end, my shirt was located and Burke still gave me a discount on my order due to the inconvenience.

Had a dress hemmed...a normal above the knee dress and wanted to get done early they told me it would be half the price of the hemming on top of it it ... A lot of trouble getting it done early had to tell them three different times they finally got it there and it .ended it costing me $45 which I thought was in sane....Will not take anything else there were alterations
