Nice facility and my clothes are clean....but that's the only good thing I have to say! If you want to buy your clothes back every time, then this is the place for you! I tried the new 24Hr facility in Firestone. The kiosk doesn't tell you in advance what the cost of cleaning your clothes would be...otherwise I definitely would have gone somewhere else! When you pick them up, the kiosk does not print out an itemized receipt either...I had to ask the attendant for it! The prices for basic dry cleaning are REDICULOUS!!! The pr... read more

It isn't really feasible for the kiosk to show pricing, and our store is staffed normal business hours where an attendant is available to assist with any questions. There was a stain in my pants that was not removed. When I tried contacting support through my email, your system was giving me errors and would not let me contact anyone.

The person who did the chat info the night before gave us incorrect answers. The gal the next morning who showed us how to check in on the automated system seemed annoyed at it and also curtly deflected questions about info from the night before. And then the tux shirt was improperly pressed (collar tips pressed straight up like a vampire). We tried to fix it at the event site but it looked awful and flipped the bow tie up all evening. why do you list the business hours when no one is available to take or return order?

Hello Linda, thank you for your message. We are unsure what you are referencing as both our website and google show our staffed hours of 9-5 MF and 10-2 Sat where the staff can personally assist. We are also open for use with our 24/7 kiosks at any time as our lobby is always open. The store has been staffed these hours for the last 4 years. If something else happened please let us know but we are always happy to assist. Thank you
