I don't like the kiosk and miss the good customer service I used to get. I wish I could speak with someone who can address my concerns and be able to get the number of garments counted (not feeling good about no accountability with that), and I want to be able to tell someone that I want light starch. But everything is now on the computer, and for some this might be more convenient, but I'm not a big fan of this!!

Had a discount of 15% off of drycleaning but when I picked it up no discount had been applied. Asked the clerk who said I ordered faster pickup which I did not mean to do. When dropping off, I was asked if I wanted a Monday pick up and thought the system said a 20% discount I can't see that well and actually found that 20% was added negating my discount. This is an addendum to my previous complaint. I brought the shirt in still on the Burke hanger with the plastic collar tab and obviously unworn, starched and pressed from its laundering at Burke.

I have been a customer since Burke cleaners came to Windsor, before that Front Range which you took over. Countless shirts to be laundered. Yesterday, I went to put on a shirt that you laundered and found it damaged. It was not like that when dropped off. When I took it into the Windsor shop this morning along with 5 shirts to be laundered, I showed the clerk or manager the damaged shirt. Her check of when it was last laundered was in 2022. Overall good experiences, but several of my clothes had barcode stickers applied directly to the tags and they are now permanently fused there.

Hello Deanna. If you would like to send your items back in we can remove the heat seals from the tags. This is how we invoice garments in this industry. Other cleaners do the same. We can also put instructions in your account to not put heat seals on any of your items. We can use safety pins to put a paper heat seal on if that is what you would like us do. I like Burke Cleaners, however an experience today leaves me to start looking for someone else. I took in a boatload of cleaning and dress shirts mid-May. I had a coupon and picked up the items when told they were ready. Found out today that several shirts were not in the mass of items I picked up on May 19th. The lady running the store is great. I was so shocked. My comforter is so faded, i thought it wascinsidevout when i picked it up. That was furst washing. I signed a waiver but truly.never dreamed it would be ruined. I wont be using it ever unkess for camping. Just so disappointed 😞😪

I brought 6 dresses in for simple hem she said it would be like $106.00 unless I had them pressed. Then it would be closer to 200.00 I said the are clean I don’t need them pressed.. went to get them and it was 32.00 per dress had I known it would be 200.00 for 6 dresses just to hem I would of declined.
