Brought four sweaters to be dry cleaned and two shrunk. Had to then have them stretched, came back and they were wrinkled and not stretched. Came back two more times and they were still not right. Asked for a refund on three occasions and was told the owner would contact me, which never happened. Then was told a refund check would be sent to me, which also never happened.

You lost a shirt. No calls, even after I left several messages. Nothing has been done to resolve. Terrible customer service.

This review is only for my last order. In the past I've been satisfied. I dropped off my coat about 3 weeks ago picked it up yesterday brought it home and it looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. It was clear It had not been dry cleaned properly. If even touched before putting a plastic bag over it. There was still same crumbs on the sleeve that were on there when I dropped it off. Good service, friendly employees, I asked for heavy starch, got light starch and paid around 40% more than I do from the competition, didn’t quite get what I was looking for... That being said I will try your cleaners again for shirts or dry cleaning, we’ll see how it works out.

You guys cleaned my wedding dress and table cloths from the reception. At first I was going to be charged $800 for the table cloths then you guys called me to give me a lower price of $2.50 per lb. I asked for a final quote since I didn't know exactly how much the table cloths weighed. I was fine with it being under $50 but I never got a final quote. For the 2nd time in the last approx 3 months my order has been messed up. I have been going to this location for 6 years never a problem. I specifically asked for 24 hr turn around and it didnt happen. Causing stress and issues for me as it was the bulk of my work clothes. While I was given a $50 credit I believe I am due more compensation due the repeated issues and stress caused to me.
