PLEASE READ BEFORE TRUSTING BURKE CLEANERS WITH YOUR CLOTHING I've used Burke three times now, each time giving them a chance to redeem themselves and each time regretting it. My first time using them resulted in a stain on a white silk blouse, and it wasn't the last time I got something back in worse shape than when I brought it in. You charged us for a blazer cleaning rather than a shirt. It was a shirt, certainly not a blazer. Unfortunately when I called I was told we actually have to bring the shirt over for you to see, even though we have been long time customers. Very disappointing. I have no idea who waited on my husband.

I picked you becauae of 24 hour pick up. Twice now i have come to get my items and the door has not worked. Someone called me the following day just to tell me "you need yo pull handle down really hard" came back again and did not work again. And I could not hear the guy on the ring. I am sure I know how to open a door and this one again did not work. I will have to leave work to get thewe items and will not be back. After the first time i was told they could be delivered. But all she called to say was pull the handle harder... read more

2 pair of my black jeans were ruined because they were shrunken and faded. I'm sure they were laundered instead of being dry cleaned as requested.

Brought four sweaters to be dry cleaned and two shrunk. Had to then have them stretched, came back and they were wrinkled and not stretched. Came back two more times and they were still not right. Asked for a refund on three occasions and was told the owner would contact me, which never happened. Then was told a refund check would be sent to me, which also never happened.

Too expensive; never honored my agreement with Foothills Cleaners. Very disappointing. Will not be coming back-

You lost a shirt. No calls, even after I left several messages. Nothing has been done to resolve. Terrible customer service.

This review is only for my last order. In the past I've been satisfied. I dropped off my coat about 3 weeks ago picked it up yesterday brought it home and it looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. It was clear It had not been dry cleaned properly. If even touched before putting a plastic bag over it. There was still same crumbs on the sleeve that were on there when I dropped it off. In addition, a Calvin Klein button had been ripped off the back with no mention of it. I know for a fact it was not loose when I drop... read more

Good service, friendly employees, I asked for heavy starch, got light starch and paid around 40% more than I do from the competition, didn’t quite get what I was looking for... That being said I will try your cleaners again for shirts or dry cleaning, we’ll see how it works out.
