I asked for military creases pressed into my uniform shirt. They were mostly done correctly. The creases I In the backside were pressed all the way up into the yoke and to the shoulder seam -collar. I only have one shirt (a long sleeve) that requires this. My shirt sleeve uniform shirts have the creases sewn in.

Best shirt service I’ve experienced in 30+ years of nationwide experience with other cleaners. Like the clear plastic collar keeper. Wish you would go green on your bags and packaging. Seems there has to be a recyclable material for this. Or, provide us a credit for recycling hangers, bags, etc.

My clothes were brand new that just needed pressing. The first time I came to pick them up they were so wrinkled they looked better when I dropped them off. I was called by the manager in Ft. Collins and she apologized and also informed me that one of my shirts had gotten a stain on it and they had to send it out !!!! My husband went to pick up his two shirts and one pair of pants and was handed somebody else’s clothes he gave them back but she kept trying to give him a blue suit that wasn’t his .He got his two shirts and he said I still need my pants finally got what he needed. He was not happy

From the moment I stepped in with my comforter and comforter I was treated cordially and with respect. I did not rea d the new coupon correctly and thought everthing was 25% off and it was for one item only. Both items turned out very well which made up for the price Miscommunication. It would be good to have your sales people explain the coupon because the Wording has changed.

Lynn, we want all our customers 100% satisfied. Although we cannot guarantee stain removal we sure try our best and would be happy to try again. Really not happy with the prices. Seems like every time I come there the prices get higher. 10.50 for same day for jeans is way to high. Also my jeans were done about medium to light starch. I’ll be going back to nuway and paying my 4.20 a pair.
