My experience with staff was good. But a little disappointed in the quality of what it looked like when I picked it up and looked at the wedding dress for the amount of money I paid for getting it cleaned it does not look like it was stemmed or pressed the netting on the dress is all wrinkled and just looks like nothing was done but cleaned it

Brought a brand new suit in for pressing for my daughters wedding picked up they lost the pants and blamed me saying it came in with jacket only the girl gave me no claim ticket when I dropped off had to buy a second suit for the wedding

I would have given you five stars but we had to contact you to find out if you had finished with our comforter, you didn’t contact us as you said you would. That being said you did an excellent job getting cat urine off a light colored spread. The smell and stain were totally gone

Well over priced. I can not believe how ripped off I got. I have always had my dry cleaning done and nothing this expensive.

Already did... shirts were not done well at all. Way too expensive for pants, I was also charged the wrong price on the shirts... I was offered a gift certificate for a store credit, but not enough to make it worth the effort... $10.00 off my next visit, but that isn’t even enough to cover the shirts that need redone. Let alone time... find another place
The overall experience was OK — but at $9.50 to dry clean my pants — I will just go ahead and buy a brand new pair every 5 rounds of cleaning. The reason I dry clean my dress clothes is for them to last longer — but if I spend a $100 every ten rounds of cleaning — I will do it myself and will buy new ones!

Usually I’m very happy w/all the cleaning you guys provide. Recently I brought in an organic mattress pad & was told you weren’t able to clean it even though the tag said dry clean. The girl refused to service it. So..I took it to the laundry mat & used the largest machine to cold wash on delicate. When I air dried it it shrunk in 1/2.
