5 shirts: I was not informed that shirts were ready for pick up. Collars of three shirts were wrinkled.
Well over priced. I can not believe how ripped off I got. I have always had my dry cleaning done and nothing this expensive.
Already did... shirts were not done well at all. Way too expensive for pants, I was also charged the wrong price on the shirts... I was offered a gift certificate for a store credit, but not enough to make it worth the effort... $10.00 off my next visit, but that isn’t even enough to cover the shirts that need redone. Let alone time... find another place
The overall experience was OK — but at $9.50 to dry clean my pants — I will just go ahead and buy a brand new pair every 5 rounds of cleaning. The reason I dry clean my dress clothes is for them to last longer — but if I spend a $100 every ten rounds of cleaning — I will do it myself and will buy new ones!
Usually I’m very happy w/all the cleaning you guys provide. Recently I brought in an organic mattress pad & was told you weren’t able to clean it even though the tag said dry clean. The girl refused to service it. So..I took it to the laundry mat & used the largest machine to cold wash on delicate. When I air dried it it shrunk in 1/2. I called to check if you did a 24 hour turnaround on a men’s dress shirt and you informed me you could. Dropped it off that afternoon and was told it would be ready the next day after five..... well it wasn’t! Didn’t even have the shirt on site. When you have an important interview and expected to have what was assured- anything short is very disappointing. People who request 24 hour service usually have to for an important reason! First and last time using Burke’s
I brought my husband's suit in and they lost my husband's very nice dress shirt. It was found a week later but the lady at the desk was kinda cold each time I came in
I’ve noticed on my last two dry cleanings that my collars are really wrinkled and I had to press them before I wore them. Also on the sleeves, the same thing where it looks like they pressed them folded.
Don't know why I can't get coupons for your service any longer. Gave an email address and still nothing.
