For the second time in a row, you have returned to me shirts that arent presentable without additional ironing. You are charging top dollar for inconsistent work. I wont be using your services any more. You seem to be more focussed on your infrastructure (robots and trucks) and have lost track of the quality aspect of your business. Jay

One was created in Nov 2019, and it appears a second one was created when you first used our kiosk at the Lemay location in mid June this year. It appears the clerk applied the discount to your original account, but when marking in your items she selected the newer account that didn't have the pending coupon. Clothes we left there were donated because we hadn’t picked them up - which would be understandable had we been notified. (The clothes were dropped at the beginning of the pandemic and were work-related clothes that weren’t needed for months and months. Out fault for neglecting to get the clothes.). All my dress shirts were ruined and I had to replace them. I have been using Burke cleaners for many years and never had a problem before. I was disappointed when I was given back shirts that the color was all off, sleeves were different color than the rest of the shirt. It was not just a single shirt, all of them. You could see that something went wrong and after bringing it to your attention the only fix was they just sent them through again and returned them to me in the same condition, acting like nothing was wrong. Shirt for laundry. and starch was damaged and unable to be repaired. I was not allowed to witness the damage. A check was unable to to be delivered. I have been sending shirts for 50 years maybe a lost button. Where. Is the shirt., where is the check ? It is with anticipation you understand my reluctance to send future laundry. I applied a 25% coupon that was emailed to me for dry cleaning to an order for 4 wool shirts and itbshowed accepted, but the coupon was NOT applied. What is worse, when I asked the attendant if the coupon was applied, I was told a 30% discount was given. When I checked my receipt there wasn't ANY discount applied. I do not appreciate being lied to. I don't understand why you email coupons but when a customer applies it to an order, the discount is not given. Your customer service is awful.

Hello Cheryl, I looked into your order and the coupon that you were sent on March 2nd was a 25% off for 3 days only. That coupon automatically expires in 3 days. Since it was sent to you on the March 2nd it expired on March 4th. You dropped your items off on March 5th at 8:19pm. I came on Saturday PM. Your 24/7 sign was not on, not very bright inside & the doors were locked. Did I miss something? You are 24/7 like I was told?
