Customer Service was great, kind, polite, enthusiasm for profession.🙂 Item was white, seems less white now, also wrinkles. Unable to assist with pillow covers, would like ability for pillow cleaning.

First time using this service in Burlington - I found them to be VERY expensive!! Took 3 Tommy Bahama short sleeve shirts in - one cost $5.00 and the other two $9.00. Really $9.00 for a shirt? Will not be using Burke's and I really miss Sickels Dry Cleaning in Burlington!

Some shirts were left when I moved out of state. Burke was kind enough to have them sent to my new address. Had to keep on the local store employees (would have definitely been a 5 star otherwise), but Burke management really stepped up!

Hello Burke! I was a regular user of your 20% off dry cleaning coupons which were formerly available through ValPak. I have a pile of dry cleaning I would like to bring to you, however I have not b/c I am missing my coupon! The new coupon program targeted at specific items like only coats is frustrating to me. My articles that are dry cleaned come back nicely done. However anything that is pressed comes back ridiculously bad. I might add, the prices are ridiculously high! All the the people I have dealt with have been very professional and friendly.

Whoever took my order in did not spell my last name correct I told her it was Beaver just like the animal, spelled it to her and she still spelled it wrong. When I went in to pick up my order they kept telling me they did not have anything for me. It was finally found under a different spelling.
