I always enjoy going to this cleaners—the ladies who work there are very nice, always pleasant. The cleaning is always excellent so can highly recommend them.
Friendly and helpful staff! Clothes came back looking great.
Never had any kind of issue 😁
Great service and staff! Super easy drop off and pick up...quality work all around!!
Always fast and easy.
Friendly staff, picking up is quick & easy. Clothes always look great.
Always friendly
You did good, but would like a little more starch. Secondly, we wash all my clothes if they have a grease spot(s) because you guys can't get it out. So you put a tag on the clothes saying something about the stain. This very annoying to me.
Business response:
We deeply respect your feedback, Peter! We'll change your starch preference to medium instead of light. Please know that we do work on stains until it begins to pull color or damage the material. We are happy to get more aggressive on the stains if you would like. We offer redo's free of charge. Have a great day.
Terrible experience you lost my dress and didn’t try to make it right. Will go else where with my dry cleaning. Btw you picked it up at my office and said I never dropped it off. You so messed up.
Business response:
Hello Diana. It's unfortunate to hear your dress was misplaced. Our customers loosing their items is never our intention. We are happy to show you our video footage of when your bag is opened and your items are invoiced. You may reach us at (970) 203-9600 ext. 205. Thank you.
