Really not happy with the prices. Seems like every time I come there the prices get higher. 10.50 for same day for jeans is way to high. Also my jeans were done about medium to light starch. I’ll be going back to nuway and paying my 4.20 a pair.

Because we have many customers that like heavy starch we just this week installed a new starch pump and a higher grade liquid starch to really give a hard press. Your process ruined 3 of my fine linens of which one was a favorite Dress Jacket and lost a pair of my dress slacks. I won’t EVER go back to you!!!😡
Wish I could give zero stars to this poorly run business. The new owner and upper management don’t communicate effectively, lie to customers and staff, and are overall very unprofessional.
It would be very helpful to your customers if the general prices were available online. The explanation for why they are not online when I asked was that taxes change. An easy work around would be the general price with a “plus tax” added on. You could even write “prices are estimates and subject to change.” At the very least, for new customers you should provide the total cost to them at drop off. Paying before/after is not a concern. Clothes not coming out fresh.. in knit jackets you are putting in a crease on the arms .( a no no)
Over priced! Had 3 items cleaned: man's suit (charged separately for pants and jacket) and woman's sweater. Cost me $27!!
1. Prices have gone up for no other reason that I can understand except that there’s a new owner - who remains elusive. 2. There’s no longer a military discount. 3. No community recognition for patronizing the business (no Val-Pak); perhaps because the owner is not a Fort Collins resident. Good morning Padro, we do thank you for your feedback and sorry if there was any miscommunication. Regarding the pricing there has been changes but those were made to eliminate upcharges and other fees for things such as special fabrics (silks, linens), Lined pants, etc... as our goal is to simplify this process. Other items such as blouses and comforters the pricing went down. The only real increase was laundered shirts by $.01 and that was simply done to round the pricing out.
