I called to check if you did a 24 hour turnaround on a men’s dress shirt and you informed me you could. Dropped it off that afternoon and was told it would be ready the next day after five..... well it wasn’t! Didn’t even have the shirt on site. When you have an important interview and expected to have what was assured- anything short is very disappointing. People who request 24 hour service usually have to for an important reason! I’ve noticed on my last two dry cleanings that my collars are really wrinkled and I had to press them before I wore them. Also on the sleeves, the same thing where it looks like they pressed them folded.

I received a shirt back with a hole in it and it was hastily and poorly patched without my knowledge. I took it back and asked for justice on the matter. They just recleaned it and charged me for a new clean.

my wife had a dress dry cleaned that she wore to a wedding last year and when she finally removed it from the cover from Burke she noticed a large stain. Even though the dress was in the original cover with the tag, the lady at the store said that they would not address the stain because it had been too long since it was cleaned. She dropped my dry cleaning off because I asked her to, but neither of us will use your dry cleaning service again.

We would be happy to re-clean your wife's dress, I will say that sometimes when a stain is in a garment untreated for a long period of time it is more difficult to get out. Laundry was fine. I called and asked when the Lemay store closed. I was told it closed at 7:00pm. I went there to drop the laundry off and the store was closed at 6:15. The hours on the door says it closes at 6:00. You should let the people who answer the phone know that.
