Why do I have to give you my credit card info to store my address? I do not want to store my credit card. Not sure why you need my address either if I dont do delivery.

Not recommended for getting tapes sewn on military uniforms. Tried twice and spent over $150 just to take them somewhere else. Overpriced and takes too long as well.
Actually you did a nice job with my cleaning however when I signed up and gave you my email I did NOT know that I would receive frequent emails and offers that I do not want nor care for. I have attempted to unsubscribe numerous times but when I hit unsubscribe your site takes me to your offers without an unsubscribe option. PLEASE take me off your emails. When I need cleaning I know where you are. \

I don't like the kiosk and miss the good customer service I used to get. I wish I could speak with someone who can address my concerns and be able to get the number of garments counted (not feeling good about no accountability with that), and I want to be able to tell someone that I want light starch. But everything is now on the computer, and for some this might be more convenient, but I'm not a big fan of this!!

Had a discount of 15% off of drycleaning but when I picked it up no discount had been applied. Asked the clerk who said I ordered faster pickup which I did not mean to do. When dropping off, I was asked if I wanted a Monday pick up and thought the system said a 20% discount I can't see that well and actually found that 20% was added negating my discount. This is an addendum to my previous complaint. I brought the shirt in still on the Burke hanger with the plastic collar tab and obviously unworn, starched and pressed from its laundering at Burke.
