Far too Expensive. $4 surcharge for pet hair is ridiculous. Won’t be using Burke again

why do you list the business hours when no one is available to take or return order?

Hello Linda, thank you for your message. We are unsure what you are referencing as both our website and google show our staffed hours of 9-5 MF and 10-2 Sat where the staff can personally assist. We are also open for use with our 24/7 kiosks at any time as our lobby is always open. The store has been staffed these hours for the last 4 years. If something else happened please let us know but we are always happy to assist. Thank you
Some shirts were wet and some were not pressed at all. I have not worn any of the 7 shirts I dropped off. three shirts look like nothing was done and one high end shirt is worse now then when I dropped it off. In the past all was done well.
Once again, with two shirts, only one had sleeves creased. Check your quality control.

Why do I have to give you my credit card info to store my address? I do not want to store my credit card. Not sure why you need my address either if I dont do delivery.

Not recommended for getting tapes sewn on military uniforms. Tried twice and spent over $150 just to take them somewhere else. Overpriced and takes too long as well.
Actually you did a nice job with my cleaning however when I signed up and gave you my email I did NOT know that I would receive frequent emails and offers that I do not want nor care for. I have attempted to unsubscribe numerous times but when I hit unsubscribe your site takes me to your offers without an unsubscribe option. PLEASE take me off your emails. When I need cleaning I know where you are. \
