Service you to be fantastic, moved to a new delivery person and I do not see him anymore. No pick up in 3 weeks
I live in Greenbridge in Chapel Hill. For what it is worth, I don't like needing to pick up a bag and write my name on a piece of paper each time I have clothes picked up. I end up not getting a bag, missing a pickup date, or whatever, which just makes the whole process annoying enough that I am considering just dropping my clothes off at a different cleaner.
Up until recently, I was quite pleased with your door to door service. However, a favorite blouse. Of my was not returned rd and when I contacted my server, Bill Wrenn, he never responded. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but am now uncomfortable trusting my clothes to you.
You did an excellent job but the price of laundering I thought was excessive and I should have asked before I dropped off my shirts. If I had known in advance the price, I would have gone elsewhere.
To Whom It May Concern: This is the first e-mail I have received from you in approximately one year. I am suppose to be receiving coupons, on a monthly basis I think, but have not been receiving any. After making the store personnel aware of my problem, I have been provided several coupon at the time I picked up my clothes. You shrunk my king sized quilt and refused to pay for it (some months ago). This was after I begged you to be careful with it because it was all cotton. I am using another dry cleaners for bedding that does not shrink it. We still use you for some clothing just because of your location. Not impressed though.
I took a labcoat to Brothers Cleaners a couple of weeks ago to have an ink stain removed, which they had successfully done numerous times in the past by spot cleaning. On this occasion, I had to return the coat and ask for spot cleaning specifically when I had already shown them my concern. When I picked the jacket up the stain was still there so I asked for it to be cleaned again. Brothers is quite expensive as cleaners go but I want quality service when it comes to my clothes. I have been satisfied until the last time I used them. We went on a 2-week trip and I had my husband's best leisure shirts dry cleaned as they were all silk. There were 3 in total. Every one of them smelled like body odor under the arms when we went to put them on. This was distressing as they were 3 of his favorite shirts he could not wear while on vacation.
