I have been a customer of Brother's for over 20 years - for several years I frequented your Falls location and we used "No" at your Atlantic Avenue shop (until she retired!) for all of our hemming and alteration needs. I now live in Wake Forest and have been a pickup and delivery customer for many years. You all recently lost a pair of my pants. Brothers fails to get their notices to me. PLUS - When they send emails they do not identify themselves in the subject line of the email (email marketing 101). When I call into the "office" the employees that answer the phone make it clear that my questions are a chore. They seem to not be aware at all that their job is serving folks who want their laundry done - which would entail actually (I know it's icky) speaking to real people...as real people have been known to ask questions about the service they are paying for.
First time customer !Test I'd like first time customer email reviews turned off.
This was my first time using Brother's. The drop off went smoothly but the pick up was unorganized. Not to mention, I have two charges on my card. I have been charged. 44.97 twice. I also am not a fan of my suit pants hanging separately. I have been going to a Cleaner World for 10 plus years but decided to try Brother's out since it is close to my work. Not a fan of the service, double charge or the packaging. Overall I'm disappointed.
Prices are too high
YOU LOST MY SHIRT ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDINGS !!!!!
Employees were kind. Did not like I was not told my total and was not allowed to pay until pick up. Almost $7 per item is outrageous. Would have taken my clothes elsewhere had I known. I paid over $150 WITH a gift card.
My clothes come back with spots still on them and Brothers are way too expensive for a cleaning job. I start taking my clothes to the $1.25 per piece cleaners a mile from Brothers. My sofa and chair covers use to cost $45 to clean now it's over $100
Our clothes felt a little titigh and I thought the price of the suits was a little high
