In the past any buttons that were missing were replaced on shirts . The last few orders I had a shirt with missing buttons. Other than this, service is good.
Business shirts and dress slacks are now coming back, every week, wrinkled or crushed, or with odd creases from being crammed together. This is new. (Why no cardboard in the collar or paper over the top of the shirts, or anything between the items? Cleaners did this for years!! It's now just wire hangers covered by the thin plastic bag and everything crammed together!) If not for the convenience of the pick up/drop off service, I'd look for another dry cleaner. My suit pants have been missing for over a week without any explanation or follow up from Brothers cleaners. I have contacted the route manager 3-4 times unsuccessfully.
I've tried to take my name off this list several times but still get the emails. Please fix this
It was ok. Shirts pressed as expected. I received a coupon via email for bedding on April 1st just before I was picking up my comforter. Didn't honor that coupon because I had "dropped it off before the day." He told me this as I was spending $75 on my dry cleaning. That seems a little nit-picky for someone bringing in that much business. The first time I brought in my shirts, one was lost. They found it. Ladies blouse collars are messed up and need to be re-pressed. I would like to just wear it once it comes back from the cleaners. Not much precision with suit jackets and where to press lapels.

One of my shirts has a whole in it now and the button fell off when I tried to put it on one of my hangers.
My cleaning delivery on Thursday March 9th, was delivered to another cusomer on my street. Their last name aslso starts with an "H", so I am sure it was just a mistake. It was returned to me by that customer. But, in the future please be more careful as some of the content of my delivery was expensive. Thank you in advance.
