You guys officially broke more buttons over the course 2 months than popes breaks in a year after trying you again. Once I made a point to bring this to your companies attention, your solution to incorrect methods that was the root cause was to remove all the nice buttons from my shirts and replace them with cheap buttons. You lost my suit pants
I put in a tuxedo to be cleaned for an event I was going to the week before the event. There was also a button which needed to be sewed on. I inquired if a week was enough time and was assured it would be. (I told them if it was not enough time to let me know and I would take it somewhere else or pay for expediated service.) This is the second survey and probably 10th time I have tried to tell you. You have the WRONG email address for your client. I live in CO. I get emails from you weekly. I keep trying to get you to fix. Please remove my email!!!!!
I took my peacoat in to have the lent removed and to have one button restored. The button was restored to my satisfaction, however my coat looked the exact way that it did when I intially brought it in. There was lent still all over my coat and (glitter) that came from the cleaners because that wasn't present on my coat when I dropped it off. My coat was not ready as promised and when I finally received it there was a note on it that says it wasn't cleaned. They gave me an uncleaned coat after having it for one week. Very disappointed.
There was no option for not sure so I responded no in order to give feedback. I came one evening at 6:59pm to drop off clothes. Two ladies were working at the register but neither came to the car. I got out and went in with my clothes. Not to be ageist but the older woman said in a rather "snarky" tone, "you do know that we close at 7 right"?
