I truly dislike the boxes you use for folded shirts!1. They rip my hands when opening. 2. Then they need to be broken down and still,take a lot of room in the recycling bins. 3. Such a waste. Your competitors use and nice bag with handles that at least can be reused for other purposes. Therefore I request that my shirts not be placed in Boxes however more times than not when I pick them up,they are in boxes!
Customer service is great (Driver Larry) however prices are too high for what we need.
We moved on 11/18. It has been 3 weeks and i have not heard from my driver as to when he will be picking up at my new location. We have driven 10 mins to drop things off. We are very frustrated at the lack of communication.
Repeated lost items, no resolution. Late return of items promised at a certain time for a certain event and again no great care... 2 days later a phone call that I could come pick up my item. They did comp that one thing but it did little to make up for the inconvenience of 3 trips there plus phone calls. Still missing- custom made dress.
I am so disappointed in the service that I have received at the North Hills location. Not necessarily customer service because everyone has always been overly nice and apologetic and each occurrence has been made right and communication lines stay open. I am still awaiting news on my Cynthia Rowley blouse that has mysteriously disappeared. Please continue to look for it. You had lost another precious blouse last year that eventually turned up 2 weeks later so I am keeping my fingers crossed. It seems as though the expensive items are the ones that go missing.......Angie is great and has been a big help through the years.

I live in Colorado. I have emailed you several times to tell you that you have the wrong email address. I am not John/Lisa who you email on a regular basis to tell me my laundry is ready. PLEASE get me off your list and find the correct email address for your customer.
I have several pairs of slacks that need to be tailored and when I asked for the hours of the tailor, the response I received was, "I have no idea". Four employees working (2 male, 2 female) and I cant get an answer to what I consider a simple question. I'm also used to service similar to in by 9am out by 5pm, not two days later. My first and last visit, very disapointed.
