Not sure if you guys have changed pickup schedules, but my clothes sat around in the office for over a week before they were picked up. Once picked up, they seem to have been returned on time.
My issue is that for my husband shirt we are charge more than 7$ because it is counted as a blouse. It is a basic short sleeve shirt. I would appreciate of something could be done
My husband and I use the Pleasant Valley Pkwy store. Ever since "Barbara" left, the whole operation has completely failed. Maybe it's just a coincidence as I was told you started using all new machines in the back for laundering shirts???? EVERYTIME I bring shirts in to be laundered, regardless of whether I ask or not, his shirts will be half boxed and half hung on hangers! Shouldn't that be our decision??? Always have had great service until recently- I received a 90 day past due notice from ?Brandy- I was upset and called. I had paid a bill in February in full and never got another bill until this letter in the mail. Previously had gotten email statements and have always kept up on my bills and certainly was not aware of an outstanding balance.
The stains were removed which was good but only one of my shirts sleeves were creased. I then asked why the other sleeves weren't creased and one lady replied, you have to ask for that. Maybe I'm just used to having things dry cleaned in a marine corps town but every time I've had my shirts dry cleaned any where the sleeves on a long sleeve button down have always been creased.
