They lost my dress suit pants; they reimbursed me for a pair of pants but you can't find slacks to match the suit jacket- very disappointing!
A spot on my pants did not come clean after being dry cleaned by the N. Hills location. I specifically showed the attendant the spot that needed attention and she shoved it in the bag without marking it or making any obvious notation. Sure enough, no attention was given to the area and the spot was still there with no noticeable improvement.
I have been using brother's for while and it seems the quality of work keeps going down. Although the driver Larry gets five star . Unfortunately your work isn't the same as it used to be.
No communication. As a new customer, my items just disappeared one day, and then reappeared another day. I had no idea of the cost, or the duration to clean them. Prices were substantially higher than my expectations. Duration was substantially higher than my expectation.
We have been customers for over 10 years and the quality has gradually decreased over time. There needs to be more quality control before clothes are delivered. Our shirts are often delivered creased and have to be redone. What's worse is When I bring in to have redone the attitude is very lax. I was even told once basically to expect this to occur. It appears the expectations for service are low. I would switch if I new of a better provider.
after 8-10 years of service we have moved. i have spoken with associates in the NH stores and called Jacob on site. NO ONE has contacted me regarding a pickup/delivery.
Was way more expensive than I was expecting.
Took 5 days for my dry cleaning to be completed. Lost a button on an overcoat. Prices higher than expected.
You guys officially broke more buttons over the course 2 months than popes breaks in a year after trying you again. Once I made a point to bring this to your companies attention, your solution to incorrect methods that was the root cause was to remove all the nice buttons from my shirts and replace them with cheap buttons. The issue with this approach, problem was not solved and nice buttons were replaced even if only one or two were broken.
