You delivered someone else's dry cleaning yesterday, so I had to arrange to meet them so they could have their items. On several occasions, my dry cleaning has not been delivered back until 2 weeks later than expected. This makes it impossible to plan for events and travel, because I never know if I will actually get items back in time. I've contacted Customer Service about the above issues on multiple occasions, both by phone and by email and NEVER receive a reply.

Tough to schedule a pickup, I called customer service and no one showed up. Then the customer service email doesn't work. Then my coupon wasn't applied. I'm probably done using your service... sorry but I hope you understand!
Your online login process does not work. I cannot retrieve my old password - says it does not exist. When I try to create a new account it says my email address is already registered. I'd like to pay my bill - which is late (?) but I never received a bill (?) - online but I have no way to do so.....arghhhh.....
I don't mind getting ONE email letting me know that my dry cleaning is ready. However I do not like repeated emails as "friendly reminders". First, when I drop off items that are not ready at the same time, I will wait until all items are ready so as to make only one trip. You do not deliver to my area near Cameron Village. I have called four times for a re-do that has not been picked up now for more than a week and a half. I will no longer do business with Brothers. Your service was inadequate; I gave you an opportunity to fix it; you have ignored it. I will be commenting to the Better Business Bureau, social media and calling my bank to report improper charges.
no complaints. except i can't ever tell if i am receiving credit for my coupons i include in my bag for driver. i just receive a receipt from you with total amt drafted.
Nice feature to be able to drop off and pick up my clothes at work. Since I never see a real person however I am not sure if the coupons that I leave with my clothes are being honored as they are not broken out on my bill.
I had to call for my clothing to be delivered. It was a few days later than expected. Thankfully Larry did take care of it and delivered the clothing within a day of my call.
