Nothing you can do. You ruined two dress shirts in two months and didn't offer any solution but to blame me. Will find a new cleaners and encourage others to look elsewhere.
overpriced and my clothes never seem as though they've been cleaned. every single time, they attach the tag with some sort of reason as to why "this was the best" they could do. never do I have this problem at any other dry cleaner. I will return to Jin's in five points, even though it's out of my way.
Return my phone calls and drop off a laundry bag. I don't have one so cannot put my laundry outside for pickup.
Thank you for this notice about my Visa Card #. I've emailed your company once asking to be called for my replacement card number. My card was damaged and was replaced with another number. PLEASE have someone call be at 919-848-7455 for my new number. I do not want to give it out on an insecure site.

Lost my suit, asked for weeks, only received one call back after multiple attempts. Aggie is good and I like her. While looking for my suit they found multiple another garments. Never knew they were gone and why would this happen? Thankfully Brothers reimbursed me for the suit. But to add insult, I never got my pants back that belonged to the lost suit jacket. You do wonderful work but your pricing is rediculous. Iknow you preice what the market will bare but still.........
Jackets had hairs and fuzzes throughout, which is concerning for $25 of cleaning.
