I’m a regular because of convenience. I live at the Alexan Northhills. I’ve repeatedly ask for starch in my shirts and get them back with no starch!!!! This has been going on for months. I’m anout to change despite the location and convenience.

All of my experiences prior to the last one have been great. During my last trip to Brothers, there was an older lady at the counter that I had not seen previously. I had some questions about my order including the cost. While she was assisting me, someone came to the drive-thru. She stopped helping me and went to assist the other person. Poor customer service. It’s very tough to communicate with these people. No response to online request for pickup-delivery sign up for over 2 months. No replies to the email sent using ‘message manager’ option. The staff at the store had no idea how their service works. The coupon was picked up but not reflected in the invoice. You are breaking buttons off my shirt and fixing them. Not acceptable! I am looking for another cleaners. I moved up from Texas and I miss the service I had.

This is second time I've provided a response. You baited and switched price on my items and the manager was horrible at rectifying situation.

I was quoted one price with an understanding about my clothing would be handled and it was handled differently. So the problem was re-addressed and upon that, the price went up and even again.

Staff is unprofessional, way too expensive, quality was poor for price. Should not be putting bar codes permanently on clothing.

I was given a price when I dropped rugs off and when I picked rugs up, the price was $130 more. So-called manager thought telling me that employees who serviced me no longer worked there and that one was a new hire would explain the discrepancy. She also thought telling me that she'll discount one rug would make me feel better when the price was still more than what I was told when I dropped rugs off. And, when I showed my receipt, there was no price on it, which made it even worse.
