I received an email stating my order is ready and "This email is to notify you that 7 order(s) are now ready for pickup. The amount of the order(s) is $48.15. The order(s) includes 13 piece(s). " When I went to pickup my cleaning the bill was over $80.00
They had to repair a bedspread that got pretty messed up after dropping it off to have it dry cleaned. They did repair it with no hassle and no cost to me but now I have to take it back to them AGAIN to have it cleaned. When I got it home I pulled it out of the bag and it has a big black smudge on it????? ☹️
Returned part of my dry cleaning without the rest. Did not quickly respond to communication about where the rest was.
Had no record of item dropped off. Took a manager to find it. Then it was returned damaged. They had to repair it. The manager was arrogant condescending and should not work with people. The First Lady that helped me was useless. Never go back to this place and I will tell others about this place. I will only talk to the owner
The wedding dress bag and heavy duty coat hanger that I brought my wedding dress to the store in/on were not returned to me after cleaning. I was told to call back the next day to see if they were found at the Atlantic ave location. When I called no one had checked in with the other location and told me they would call me back later, but I did not receive a follow up phone call. My blouses and pants needed to be ironed before I could wear them. Not what I would expect from a reputable dry cleaner. The clerk at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful.
The people were great,and the quick service was great. But one of my shirts has pulls in the material on the back left shoulder that was not there before and it is a custom made shirt from Kuwait . The other stuff came out good. But I will never go there again.
Pick up and delivery service is not worth dealing with any longer.
I would really like to have you recycle my plastic bags.
